Metrotown Tool Rental

Called to see if they had an electronic pallet jack 5 days ago. Person didn't speak English very well (which is ok) but told me they had one.I just wanted to double check to make sure so I called again on Thursday. New person spoke fluent English and told me they had one, just to come in and pick it up no problem.I booked my guys for the days project, and scrambled to get a truck for the pickup.Went there this morning to pick it up and the guy there didn't know what a pallet jack was. I showed him a picture on my phone and he said they don't have anything like that.A pallet jack is one of the most common tools out there. How does a tool rental company not know what a pallet jack is?Now I have a truck and a team of guys lacking the tool necessary for the job.Thanks for wasting my time.

Horrible service, Incompetant employees, Borderline racists. Some of the comments I heard when there, could and would land these guys in serious trouble.

Andrew and Fernando cleared the drain pipes in my apartment. The did everything very fast and there was absolutely no mess. I do recommend them if you have any drainage issues at your place.

Someone came to fix a non working heater but unable to fix and charges $400. Are you serious? Maybe next time we sign a contract that if you cant fix it no charge or just the decency maybe just to charge a small fee. Very unprofessional.

Terrible customer service. They hung up on me mid question.
