We had an emergency when we noticed the septic pump wasn't working and sewage was about to overflow onto our lawn. Derry Septic managed to fit us into their busy schedule and were out two days later to pump out the tank. When we discovered the pump needed to be replaced, they were back the next day to excavate the area and install a new riser. They provided top notch service and attention to detail. Can't even say enough good stuff about this company!!We were having an issue with our plumbing and were literally about to call them when they pulled up to our neighbor's house. My husband went to talk to them about the issues we were having and as soon as they were done at our neighbors, they came over to our house. We bought our house 5 years ago and I totally forgot when they said the tank was pumped. One day I looked out the window and thought “I better do this now before it gets to the worst case scenario”.I was fully expecting them to come and say “oh no, come look at this”.They came, dug the hole, pull the cover and all was good. They didn’t try to charge me for more services, he spoke to us about care of the tank and he pumped out at least 5 years of who knows what.He was very professional, efficient and honest. I would definitely use them again. They are true mom and Pop shop and I love that they only take cash or card. It shows you that there are still hardcore, hard working family run small businesses out there. And I love supporting them.
