Very helpful and quick service. The attendant was swift with a return, offered a suggestion for an exchange that proved to be perfect. Then even upsold me on a headset after I inquired about warranty. Very impressed with this location and the service recieved today. Would return when the need arises.

The staff at this store are really helpful, and they make me feel welcome there, which is great, because a lot of places like this don't have a friendly vibe. The staff recognised me even though I had only been there a few times, and they made me feel like a friend. Best location by far.

My son is on the spectrum. He goes into GameStop in Mount Pearl and is treated like family. The staff have so much patience and time for my son. They make him feel like he belongs. Thank you to Jackie, Colin,and all the staff who are an extended part of our family.

Mount pearl Game stop location went there to buy wireless earbuds for my daughter for Xmas the store representative show me different kinds and said to me the turtle beach scout earbuds are compatible for the Nintendo switch which they are not compatible so people don’t waste your time on this product.

Staff is knowledgeable and very helpful. Even when they are busy, they took the time to listen to my young son's question, and not only answer the question but interact with him as well. Great service. I have been a customer for years and my son will likely be as well.
