The people that work here are all very kind, I greatly appreciate my doctor, she is a wonderful person, at times the waiting period is a little longer than anticipated but that just means that patients are being taken care of

The nurse practitioner was professional, polite, and friendly. She took it upon herself to book me an appointment to see me in person, as she saw that I didn't see anyone in person since 2019. I was quite astounded to see that she took the time to see me in person, and was very thorough. Was a wonderful in-person appointment/follow-up. THANK YOU!!!

The service here is perfect; all the staff take their time with you and ask questions to get to the bottom of your issue, unlike some other clinics in Chateauguay. But the process of getting an appointment is so bad. Having to be up at 6AM every day this week to try and get an appointment online, only for it to be completely filled in less than 20 seconds is insane. Now I have to wait until next week to get seen for a follow up.

Our family doctor is great but the secretaries are horrible. They barely ever answer the phone, and wouldn't correct an error they made in the system and blamed it on the doctor. They said my husband canceled his appt but he didn't, which could cost him his job since he's on EI. His work can fire him if he cancels an appt and don't get a follow up in 3 days, and they rescheduled him for a month later. The director lied to us, said the doctor entered it herself that he canceled. In the end she finally admitted it was the secretary's mistake and said they would correct it. I guess we'll find out from his work if that's good enough for them. It's already been 5 days since they canceled it. I do not recommend this clinic to anyone for a family doctor.
