I first went to see Stephanie approximately 5 years ago when I was feeling at my absolute lowest, and the mental noise was virtually unbearable. Steph genuinely listened and asked questions. Soon thereafter, through her advice and multiple Reiki healing sessions Steph helped me find calm, and balance, self awareness, and clarity of the fog that I feel can often overwhelm us.Through every healing, she communicated, guided and informed of every step so there was never a question as to what or why she was doing. Steph explained and showed me how my external consequences all come from within ones self, and how our energy affects our day to day, from the moment we wake, through the thoughts we have, and how we interact with not just with those around us, but especially ourselves.Steph is so much more than just an energy healer! She is a Master at her craft, a truly gifted and caring professional. She is a teacher, a mentor and truly genuine and honest human being.
