Never has anything available and always so busy. Sutton needs another tims or mcdonalds, the line shouldnt be down the road.

Store isn’t kept the cleanest. Bugs dead where they store the donuts or in most cases lack of donuts and fresh baked products. Can spend up to an hour in queue on the weekend. Staff seem to prioritize drive through and make elderly and other customers wait. Dining area wasps are the entertainment, sticky tables and overflowing garbage bins are a norm. Ask for sugar in your coffee and you’ll get a sweet drizzle when you are done drinking your coffee. Worst Tim Hortons location. Sadly the only coffee place that’s open late.

Service is always slow. No matter when I order they never seem to be able to package the donuts right. 3 donuts in one bag cohocolate all stuck together each and every time!

There was a mix up on the doughnuts I ordered. Maple Dip and Canadian Maple did not match the labels at the front of the counter. I wanted Canadian Maple, but I asked for Maple Dip, because of the label. When I went back to the counter, it was fixed immediately and with a smile. It turns out I ordered the wrong thing, but they had also placed the trays against the wrong label. The key was that they fixed my concern, no quibble, no question, just did the right thing with an obvious focus on good customer service.

Service is slow and in store pickup is closed well before posted hours. I guess it's understaffed and unable to handle weekend crowd.

Came to get a coffee through drive-through, and nobody took my order.. waited 15 minutes. There were 3 people inside, and Ryan was apparently the only one working." He said he thought i left and didn't even apologize for the wait. There were 5 other people who came after me and all left without their orders taken for same reason. The WORST experience ever...P.s. Oh wow, it has been long time that I found such a nice Tim Horton, I feel the difference in service and quality, I can say all Tim Horton locations in Peel region or in GTA are garbage third class service and poor quality of products. This Tim Horton was fully packed but service was so fast and accurate and even coffee was so fresh and delicious

The drive thru is always SO PACKED, its much better to just go in. They work very fast though, and ive never had trouble with the quality of drinks or foods
