Revera King Gardens

Place in the middle of the worst and dirties ghetto of Mississauga. Staff turnover is high as nobody wants to work with bad manager. General managers are usually replaced every year because they are bad people in general and only look for bonuses. Stay away from this place. It’s bad

This place is all about money!!!!! acting like they care about the residents is just a façade. they are constantly changing staff, communication is very poor, constantly charging for every medical need, every monthly invoice is a surprise,very disappointing,stay away,

King Gardens is great!My grandfather had been living in the same condo for 39 years and at the age of 93, it was a huge transition for him to move. They have been patient and attentive. Making sure that he feels welcome and included.Caroline and Barbara are fabulous and always there to help. Orville has been so patient with him when he was 'micro managing' his phone & cable. Karen, the kitchen director, came right away to make sure he did not hesitate if he had any special requests and Linda the nurse is right on watching his blood pressure! What a difference the staff has made in his life already.Company, inclusion and great meals!I hear the happiness in his voice when I speak to him. Thank you, thank you from the bottom of my heart!

My dad has dementia, mainly his short term memory is really bad, but Revera staff welcomed my him with open arms. They truly know how to look after him. He moved in 3 months ago and loves it. Thank you Revera Staff!

This place is just like any other home we seen during the pandemic. They don’t do Covid testing to any of their residents and if there is an issue management covers up. The ball is passed from one person to another till it reaches the head of the building. Believe me half of the patients are positive and till date Iv not seen anyone wearing masks.The ministry must step in and investigate and hold the management responsible. All they care is for the money and believe me this ain’t a cheap place to live in.

They try but lack in many areasStaff don’t stay. Wonder whyWorkers are under appreciated and underpaid for work. STAY AWAY

The staff and management is good. However, no timely payments, false excuses that bank information is wrong. At the end, they just literally makes u cry. Please avoid if you have not enough resources as they will not gonna give u pay on time. I got my 1st pay after 3 months. So u can imagine my situation.

My dad was at King Gardens for 2 years and 3 months before he passed at age 98. During that time he was extremely well looked after and became very fond of some of his girls. They came to know him well and took care of all his needs. I also came to know them and felt that they were our second family. Communication was extremely good and I always had a comforting feeling that he was very well cared for. I miss all the lovely people I came to know so well and will visit when I can. I want to extend my thanks and appreciation to all at King Gardens for all they did for my father. I wish everyone all the best in the future.

King Gardens staff have been very caring and tolerant of my Fathers special requirements as he progresses through Alzheimers. Everyone knows him and takes the time to talk to him. Chef Sandeep is always ready to make him his favourite roast beef sandwich if he doesn't want to eat the featured meal. The nursing staff are watchful and call to inform me if there are any changes in his condition. This is a good and safe environment for my Father.

My mom has recently moved into Revera King Gardens into an independent living studio and she has been very happy so far. The staff and residents are very friendly and accommodating. The meals are nice quality and the place is always neat and tidy (interior and exterior). The pool is amazing - super warm saltwater - my daughter loves swimming there when she visits her grandma. We have nothing but positive things to say!
