5+++It is the best place you can service your car. I tried Kingston location once, ended up having major problems with them. When my car service is due, I started looking for other locations because I won't be dealing with Kingston for sure. I read the reviews and saw the high ratings and book my appointment over the phone with Kelly. To start with her first communication was perfect. Patiently answered my preliminary questions. In service department Greg, his team and Kelly were all also super helpful and did a great job. I must mentioned prices are also very reasonable compared to other cities such as Kingston and Montreal. They offer great customer relations, reliable technical support and reasonable prices. Well worth to drive from Kingston. Thank you!

I just bought a used VW suv and needed some things checked out. I tried port hope but I could never get a person on the line. Belleville picked up on the first ring. I was able to get an appt fairly quickly during peak season. They were quick, efficient and kind. I hung out in the little lounge with my infant both times and it was very pleasant. Felt more like a coffee shop than a dealership. 10/10 will go back for any servicing! Great prices and amazing people behind the counter. Can not recommend enough.

Small dealer but immense care for their clients, despite it being a very fast pace shop. Everyone is super busy these days but this dealer maintains top notch customer service, at all times.I bought my last 2 Golfs out of town but wouldn't consider taking my car anywhere else for service. It's not the same as Belleville VW.Have had a couple of warranty items addressed recently and always have positive experiences when visiting.Wishing the staff a much deserved rest through the holidays and hopefully a shiny new facility in the near future. Brought my 2012 VW Passat TDI in for a failed NOx sensor and winter/summer tire swap. Gary was very friendly and provided excellent service. They honoured the extended emissions warranty on my car and replaced the NOx sensor free of charge. Thank you!

My daughter was home visiting over the holidays and I just showed up to VW Belleville with her Jetta and asked if there was any chance they could fit it in for an oil change. They took it in right away and did it. They also went the extra mile and fixed a few other minor details. The staff were very friendly and handled everything exceptionally well. As I was telling another customer in the waiting room, how positive my experience was, she said they were not surprised since she feels the same way. Well done VW Belleville. Great service. My 2010 Golf died Sunday August 29th on the 401 west, 18km west of Odessa, 42km east of Belleville. I chose to have it towed to their location.The quality of service I received was absolutely incredible! Polite, friendly, respectful and courteous. Both Greg and Gigi at the service department were amazing!They worked the issue, found the solution, and promptly sent me on my way.Thank you again!
