Great customer service! I Needed a specific pod that most vape shops don’t have, they all tell me to look online. This store took the initiative to order it for me right away, followed up efficiently and better price than the other shops. Can’t go wrong here!

Amazing store with great variety of vapes/liquids/disposables to choose from. They're helpful in accessing your needs and show intentions of delivering great customer service. They make sure you leave content with what you bought and don't just sell/upcharge on anything extra that you won't need. Would definitely recommend this store over many other mainstream ones!

The best vape shop in MTL hands down. They have amazing selection and will always help you find what works best for you. Everyone there is highly knowledgable in vape products and more importantly, honest in telling you the pros and cons for any device, juice, etc. Their customer service is the best I have seen in ANY type of store PERIOD. They always go above and beyond to make sure you get what you need or MORE. Anytime I've had issues with products (due to manufacturer) or requests to make, they've never once let me down and with no questions asked. Its always a pleasure to speak with the staff and with it being so close to the plamondon metro, is well worth the trip over any other vape store. If you vape, you need to come here.

So sweet!! A month ago I bought a caliburn A2 and it wouldn’t work and it was stuck on the blue light, and it wouldn’t shoot. I came in today and wanted to buy a new one and they generously gave me a new vape device with no charge. They are very helpful and are willing to make their customers happy and will help you with whatever you need. By far the best vape store!!

One of the best Family owned vape shops i’ve ever visited. The employees are so nice. I had multiple question about their producsts and the owner’s mother and brother Laury & David both answered all my queries. I got to meet their cute little doggy Jasper too. Overall good business ethics. Nice employees. And the vibe in the store is amazing!!

Solid spot with various disposable flavours and was super friendly, got referred there by my fiancé when i told her i wanted to get a disposable to get by for the day during the ice storm since my device was broken at the time. they we’re still open despite the ice storm. was super nice to me, since i no longer had signal and his Store’s pinpad machine wasn’t working due to outage, offered me his hotspot to proceed with the transaction, Will definitely return for future purchases i’ll need!

Customer service is amazing , I was served by David . He was really helpful trying to find which flavours I wanted and was very patient with other clients , setting it up and making sure you had the right ones you wanted! I definitely would recommend to go to this place!
