I usually see Chris at this location, he's very good with my hair (which is thick and very hard to cut properly). I've always been pleased with his work. He's super friendly and chatty which makes it an enjoyable experience. Last week I needed a quick trim and Becky cut my hair. She was pleasant and polite and did a good job trimming the ends, fixing my bangs and thinning out my hair. I like the open concept and usually get seen fairly quickly if not right away. Comfortable atmosphere, clean, friendly staff. Definitely better than any service and cut I've had at First Choice. Prices are very reasonable and lots of parking since they are located in Walmart. You can continue running errands afterwards, very convenient.

Who does he think he is? The male stylist (chris?) was told that I only wanted one inch off just to freshen up the ends and him confirming that he only cut one inch off, the male stylist actually had cut four inches off. From our conversation he knew exactly what I wanted but did as he pleased anyway. He'll never touch my hair again.

Chris at SmartStyle Hair Salon, Brockville did a magical job of colouring, cutting and blow-drying my hair today! He was friendly, on-time, obviously experienced and very knowledgeable. Love smart styles becky is the best . She is very talented and made my hair look amazing. I have been seeing her for years and will always go to see her .
