We had Lakeridge come and change our gas metre. In the process, they found a gas leak and tagged our furnace. It was stressful because they shut off the gas due to the leak and we were looking for a gas tech at 7 pm on a Friday night! We called Enercare but they could not give us a set time for repair. Luckily we found Alex. We called him Friday night and Saturday morning he was here bright and early. Fixed the problem, checked that our gas appliances were on and working properly, filled out the paperwork and it was done. Polite, professional, and efficient. Highly recommended.

I installed a home humidifier with ALP Heating. The technician is very kind and professional. He answered all my questions and explained everything before and after the installation. Needed our gas line to an outdoor BBQ moved. This involved cutting into a ceiling and drilling brick outside for access. The work done both outside and inside was excellent with minimal mess. Very professional fast service. I knew exactly what was going to be done and exactly what it would cost before the job began. Highly recommended !

I was referred to ALP Heating company by a friend of mine who also happened to be a previous client. Alex delivered a lightning-quick service (within an hour of picking up the phone) to fix our furnace. He acted exceptionally courteously and professionally, pinpointed the issue with our heater and fixed it like magic. Simply could not have asked for a better job. Last summer, we had problems with AC that was not cooling our house enough (just blowing air). Alex also arrived very quickly and identified the problem and solved it by filling the gas and covering potential holes from inside with special equipment. Since then, AC has been working perfectly. Happy to have found a company that wasn't immediately trying to sell us something but actually working to save money to the customers and deliver excellent service.

Alex was amazing! Very professional and easy to talk to. He was able to come over with in a few hours of calling him, inspect and provide an estimate and proper expectations. Under promised and over delivered. Had a new smart meter installed and the technician identified leaks in the home and shut off gas until it was fixed, Alex came to rescue and took care of everything in a few hours. Highly recommend!

Alex did a great job in splitting the gas line for bbq and fire table with two separate shutoff valves and extending the line for fire table. He was prompt, professional, did the work within the time frame given and the cost was far more reasonable than other quotes. Thank you Alex!
