This is my favourite number one place to go and get all of my hairs cut, and they cut them at foxy moon hair gallery on Agricola street in Halifax, Nova Scotia. I don't go anywhere else to get my hairs cut and Camille is the one that I get my hairs cut by. I don't like when people say haircut because what did you just get one hair cut??? ha ha just kidding that was a joke, everyone knows what a haircut is.I have really weird hair that grows this way and that way and all over, really. There are weird cowlicks and sworls and it goes up and then down sometimes and that gives the hair cutters some trouble, trust me on that one, don't have to tell me twice about my hair being weird, no sir, no ma'am, no way!Camille does a great job of cutting my hair, and doesn't even miss one hair. not. even. one of my hairs is gotten missed and I've had my hairs cut like 5 times at least. I've loved getting my hair cut by Danelle. She is very experienced and knowledgeable, my cuts were great every time. She also was able to color my hair to match my natural hair exactly.

High quality, professional, take the time to get it right. Susan is a great listener, communicator, stylist and colorist. She makes sure I know and agree exactly to the plan. Salon atmosphere is calm and soothing as there are only a few chairs.

I'm new to Halifax, and finding a new hair dresser is always a bit nerve-wracking. I first tried Aveda, but the stylist there did a pretty poor dye job, so I definitely didn't trust them to cut my hair. After seeing all the bright, vibrant hair styles on Foxy Moon's instagram, I decided to give them a shot.Camille was so patient, and listened to every concern I had! My hair is very finicky: thin, fine, curly when air dried, dyed vibrant red, heat styled. I have a shoulder-length inverted bob with straight bangs, a very attention orientated cut. Camille wanted to hear all about it, and she constantly checked in with me during the cut to make sure she wasn't taking too little or too much. She even took my advice on how to blow dry my straight edge bangs flat with my 2 cowlicks, and got them perfectly flat!I'll definitely be going back to have her rescue my color job, and will give her another go on my future haircuts, as well!

Dannelle is amazing! Attentive, kind, and a fantastic stylist. I have never been so happy being blonde. Truly makes her clients feel heard, welcomed, and beautiful. Cannot recommend Foxy Moon enough!

I was with Camille at Foxy Moon. She sat down with me and asked me about struggles I was having with my hair, and what I was looking to get. She asked about lifestyle around my hair and what could realistically be done. She took into account the frequency of my visits to a hairdresser and have advice accordingly. Overall, I was very happy there with the service I received, and the standard of professionalism.

I had a wonderful first experience at Foxy Moon! The salon was clean and comfortable. My stylist was Dannelle. She was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. She took the time to discuss exactly what I wanted from my hair, and answered all my questions about styling. I couldn't be more happy with the cut and colour she gave me. 10/10 would completely recommend Dannelle and Foxy Moon!

My stylist Susan is professional, creative, and skilled. She is an excellent listener when I'm describing what I want and hasn't given me a bad cut or colour treatment after roughly 12 visits.
