When my 10 year old needed immediate care for a very painful ingrown toe nail, Dr. Mike and his staff saw him right away. They took the time to make sure he was comfortable and were excellent at distracting him from what they were doing. The office was clean, the staff were friendly and Dr. Mike saved the day.

I went in with an infection in my toe and he took care of me right way.He fixed the ingrown nail right there on the spot.Dr M was amazingly nice, and talked me through everything, he made sure I understood everything. His staff is beyond amazing, They made the whole experience easy, taked me thru every step of the process.I highly recommend this amazing team!

After seeing Dr. Mesic for years I was let go by the clinic. Back in November 2022 when we experienced our first snow storm on the Friday when I had my appointment i cancelled it first thing in the morning as I knew I couldn't go out in the snow due to a disability. The receptionist called me back to reschedule for the Monday. I was reluctant to do so and felt forced to schedule. That weekend we had a major snow storm and I was literally still snowed in on Monday. I called to cancel it once again and I was told by thereceptionist Dr. Mesic will only see me in the summer". First I thought it was a joke but it wasn't. The staff know about my disability so it wasn't news to them. I am now going somewhere else where I won't be let go due to weather

I brought my elderly parents the other day. My father is recently experiencing health issues. Tonya and Dr Mesic are not only professional, they go above and beyond! They treated my father like a king. They truly care for their clients. I HIGHLY recommend this place!!

I was diagnosed with Plantar Fasciitis. It started back in March 2023. I went to the Foot clinic for assistance in June as the pain was bad. I was fitted for custom orthotics (which took about 2.5 weeks to receive). I also had 4 sessions of Shock Therapy on my heal. I am on the mend as the pain is subsiding. I understand it is a process and there are no quick fixes". I am doing my exercises and stretches which is highly beneficial. I'm confident the worst is behind me. I would recommend Dr. Michael Mesic. He is a wealth of knowledge and easily addressed and answered my questions. The staff is amazing. In October I brought my stubborn dad here to get an ingrown toenail looked after which was beyond infected. The receptionists were polite on the phone and flexible with a prompt appointment. When my dad and I arrived a few days later, the women at the front desk were wonderful. Dr Mesic took my dad promptly and decided to do the procedure of cutting the side of the nail and ensuring it doesn’t grow back. I had the same surgery on both my big toes years ago and it was life altering. My dad was really impressed by the professional nature of all of the employees and especially Dr Mesic for doing the procedure the first day (and I thank him for giving my dad the gears on waiting so long to get it looked at - he needed that to realize putting issues off doesn’t help ). Thank you very much to all the staff and Dr Mesic for a fantastic experience.

Visiting Dr. Mesic was a terrific experience. He is an amazing professional who really focuses on ensuring the best possible care for his patients. He provides ample time for visits and offers state of the art medical techniques for healing everything foot related. Highly recommended!

I am not surprised to read all these negative comments about the office manager. Dr. himself is a gift, knowledgeable and pleasant. Very caring and kind.This so called office manager is the rudest person I have ever come across in Canada. Few years ago, I lost my mom and I had to fly to Palm Springs California. As a Muslim we bury our dead within 24 hours and I had to fly out urgently .My husband called the office first thing in the morning to cancel a booking, the office manager had the audacity to tell him that she will charge the cancellation fee for the missed appointment. Seriously what did she think of ? Even after informing that I was out of the country, she called me to inform me of the cancellation fee. She was rude, curt, unprofessional, not a bit of empathy. I brought this to the attention of the doctor. I continued to go this place because I like the doctor. Thereafter there were two incidents where she treated me poorly and I called her out right then and there. Now when I go to the clinic, I avoid talking to her or any interaction with her. The young receptionist is a beautiful lady, very helpful and kind.No company should hire this kind of arrogant office managers as this will ruin the reputation of the doctor.All those negative reviews of this lady is so true and prompted me to write my experience

My son visited with Dr. Mesic. He was extremely knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to welcome you and make you feel comfortable. Mike's professionalism, attention to detail and commitment to patient satisfaction is second to none. I highly recommend Dr. Mesic for your foot care needs.
