Hunnis has a great selection of on trend clothes at reasonable prices, which is getting harder and harder to find. I never hesitate to support a local business. I recently spent a good amount of money at Hunnis buying some new workwear (including an overcoat, blazer, sweater, etc.). I love the clothes, but I was let down by the service. They have room to improve on this. I had a lot in my fitting room and was left wandering around the store looking for another size as no one came to ask. At one point, I had to go to the front counter to ask a question and I had to wait for the staff member to finish what she was doing on her phone. I was not impressed. It almost feels like they don't really want you there, which is not how I want to feel spending money. HOWEVER, when I returned the overcoat for a smaller size, I was helped by a different staff member who was very nice. She noted my name and did ACTUALLY call me when the smaller size was in stock. I will go back, but they could have sold me everything in the store that day if they had only been more attentive (and maybe suggested other pieces that would look good, etc.).

Terrible service. I ordered online and was instructed by their staff to size up on a jacket. So I did. Only to find out they don’t accept returns/exchanges from the US. It’s in the tiny fine print on their page. When inquiring about it, Shannon Adrian was less than helpful & honestly very rude. They appear too prideful and not customer focused. I’m not shocked to see poor reviews about their service. This response to paying customers is not a good way to do business.

Cute clothes but SUPER disappointed with their shoes. I bought a pair of the soda camo flat runners only about a month or so ago and already the rubber sole of the bottom is pulling apart from the material. Very disappointing to say the least. It’s not like I’ve been running in these shoes. Just normal wear so clearly cheaply made. Stay away from the shoes.

Terrible, terrible customer service and employees. I have been in the store over 5 times now within a couple years and each time given them the benefit of the doubt of the bad experiences I’ve had since I do like the clothes. The employees have been so unfriendly and not helpfulI every time. I even emailed in prior to writing a review with my experience and never heard back.The customer service is awful. The employees working just stay at the desk and talk amongst themselves, not saying hello or asking if you need help. My mom and I came in to exchange a sweater 30 mins before closing so we’re shopping around being mindful of time and they just glared at us and did not ask once if we needed help. Other times I’ve walked around with 10+ items and one other person in the store and never was asked if I could have a room started. Everyone is very cold and seems bothered you’re in the store.Take your money to another local shop. I’d love to support a local store with cute clothes but if they can’t even bother to put effort into the customer experience even after bad reviews and emailing in then clearly they don’t care.

Love the clothes but every time I visit the staff are behind the counter chatting, never offer to get you a fitting room, or check if you need sizes. Terrible customer service and return policy. I probably would purchase allot more if the service was better and returns were easier. I hate complaining but If I was the owner I would want this brought to my attention!

Had a great experience! The shop is beautiful and the vibes are just right. I bought a cute body suit and a dress. I'm really happy with the price and quality of the items. The girl working was really friendly as well! I'll be back!

Fantastic place for reasonable clothes! Staff could possibly use a bit more training. Multiple times I've come in to them on their phones or chatting together, they are also not really aware of the loyalty" program. I've been told a few times that they dont do it anymore or that it's been down. Not sure what it even entails as they can never give an answer. Their Instagram has posted about it a few times but could maybe do a staff training day! Better costumer service would make this place even better!"

The clothes are extremely over priced for the quality of clothes that you get. Bought a pair of white linen pants 1 month ago and only worn 3 times, and the pants are already fraying at the seams.

Absolutely love this place! Always heard of it and finally went in! I could’ve bought the entire store! The quality and pick of every item in this store is high quality without breaking the bank. I left with a ton of stuff, then went online and bought more!The girls are super accommodating and sweet! Unlike most stores nowa days. The vibe is so inviting I can not rave enough how happy I am with my stuff and experience. You know I will be back!
