Saint Bernards Park
Oct 21st: We were driving by and immediately pulled over to see the Monkshood in full glory! This garden is absolutely exceptional. All the perennials, grasses and trees are healthy, planted in large drifts and all have name markers. We can't wait to visit it again and again throughout the seasons.

Please be aware that this park is small and there are no hiking trails. It would be nice to sit and relax of you like however I personally don't enjoy sitting next to a highway

This park is such a treasure. Many thanks to Lorraine and Herve Burri for their love and commitment to our community of Enfield and the East Hants area.

What a beautiful unexpected garden. We stopped for an ice cream and saw this so took a stroll through. Beautiful and well kept.

St. Bernard's Park in Enfield on Hwy 2 is situated between St. Bernards Catholic Chuch & the Enfield Volunteer Fire Dept Hall. It's conveniently located for nearby homes and businesses, offering sheltered picnic tables, a grand stand and many sturdy benches. Lawns and walkways are flat and level for easy walking, and the  stone paths are accessible for strollers & wheelchairs from St. Bernards parking lot at the entrance. Park guidelines are clearly posted on large easy to read signs. This park is a gift to the community from a local couple and the many plantings are beautifully maintained. In just a few years it has become a hub for the community, from fitness groups in summer to a Christmas Tree Lighting in December...
