Consulate General of Pakistan

It was a great experience upon my first visit. I was warmly welcomed at the reception desk. Although, I wasn’t able to take a prior appointment but was pleasantly surprised by the extra effort of staff to accommodate my driving license experience letter preparation request. I strongly advise others to take a prior appointment, to avoid any unnecessary discomfort.

I was surprised by the service i got. The staff was really helpful. I missed by appointment due to a flight delay from Calgary. The front desk staff guided me through the process and helped me get the documents attested. I’m really happy with the service i got as a overseas Pakistani.

It was my first experience with Consulate and a lot welcoming it was. Staff is cooperative, guides you well and they take an extra mile to support your requests/queries. Becomes difficult when you’re not in your own country but the hospitality keeps your motivation high and that is what the staff did. Wonderful hospitality and response.

The service has improved a bit, but a lack of care by people coming in without appointments still poses a problem and is unfair to appointment holders who have taken the time and effort to get service. Online appointment confirmation details must be sent to the email address. This is a place of business/work and not of picnic. Kids must not be allowed inside unless they are part of the appointment. They also need to be supervised/controlled by their parents and not create a disturbance for others.

Pakistan's missions abroad get a fair amount of negative reviews from Pakistanis — some fairly, but a lot unjustly. I write these few lines to record my appreciation for my experience on Feb 9, 2023.I was scheduled for an appointment at 10.15 AM, but had arrived 30 minutes earlier, at 09:45 AM. Surprisingly, the reception staff didn’t ask me to wait: instead, they queued me to the concerning desk within two minutes. The validation of my document was completed within 10 minutes, and I departed the Consulate at 10.00 AM — fifteen minutes before my scheduled check-in time. What better could that be!Thank you to all the Consulate staff for making my visit a very pleasant one. Appreciated!

Visited the Consulate a couple of times for my mother’s documents.Loved the homely welcoming environment! The staff is very courteous & cooperative. We got late by 15 minutes but the staff members were very kind & they didn’t make us wait upon arrival. Everything was explained in detail, the applications were processed very quickly & the documents arrived right on time.Excellent service over all!A big thank you to the wonderful staff members!!!

The staff at the Pakistani Consulate was super helpful. A friend and I came from London, Ontario without an appointment to get our licenses attested. We decided to walk in today as we’re flying out tomorrow and wanted to get it done before being away for a prolonged period of time. Everyone at the consulate was understanding of our situation and offered the best of their help. It made me very happy to see smiling familiar faces.

The best experience of my life in my difficult time, the people working in the consulate are highly professional and listens to each and every one request with humble and gratitude, I made mistakes in my visa application of my child but the Consulate General understand my problem consulted me and made me assured that they will help me in every way.The people who are giving bad reviews should read the guidelines which are given on the website and don`t blame them, as they are doing their duty in the best possible manner.I wish I could give them 10 star for their services.Words cant describe their efficiency, professionalism, kindness.

Surprisingly smooth experience given that one is dealing with a govt entity. Person at the gate was also friendly.Went for the drivers licence attestation and was out within half an hour.Tip:- get an early morning appointment to avoid rush.- ensure from is filled cleanly and without mistakes to avoid any delays

Wish i Could give negative stars…No value of time. If you get 5 mins late on your appointment they start questioning on your morality and pretend to be busy even though if seats are empty and the amount of time they make you wait and if the lunch time comes in between they make you wait one more hour. Rude staff typical Environment of interior Sindh government office.*Gents washroom doesn’t have the proper amenities and cleanliness is not maintained, even timhortons toilets r cleaner than here.Neither on the appointment webpage and confirmation email have mentioned to bring cnic copy but they keep insisting that it is mentioned and wont do a thing without it no matter if u have to go back to no matter how many kms away home.
