Just got the HEPA and Carbon bypass product to tackle some air quality issues. Glad these guys exist!

got a whisper 675 installed at home, works as intended. have recommended it to others since its made in Canada and most air filter companies don't meet similar hepa standard.

I wouldn't recommend them or their products to anyone. Worst customer service and extremely unethical company. I was told by their employee that I will be given price protection on replacement filters for next 36 months but when time came, managment denied the claim and stated that we now don't sell directly anymore but what about your old customers.It is indeed very unprofessional and unethical thing to do especially when I have it in writing by your ex employee.This is business 101 and most basic practice in customer service. It definitely doesn't leave a good company impression and is very unprofessional.You shouldn't make promises just to sell your products that you can't keeIt would be in your best interest to go with a better and well known company especially if you are buying for your business.

If I could rate a 0 star I would. Ordered a filter last November 2020. Now March 31/2021 -4 months later- with NO filter, NO update from distributor and NO date from Americare as to when it may be available.Covid rush or not - This is bad business: continuing to take buyers’ money with no as to delivery time and not advising their filter distributors of severe production delays. The lack of honest communication was very disappointing.Id rather spend this kind of money on getting a new system other than Americare where filters are cheaper and available.
