Yesterday at night 8:56 one of the staff didn't let me go in claiming it was closed, she let pass one person 10 seconds before me. I just post this because that person is the one that always makes the time there unpleasant she will roll her eyes when you ask a question, always giving attitude. LCBO should care about customers experience. Being a MK behaviourist myself I wonder how many people have sotped going there because of a low performer,

Kind customer service except for the one tall black woman with short hair. Clearly she was a racist because her attitude between our couple and the white person behind us was totally different. Her behaviour was so disrespectful by looking at us like she hates these asians bothering her(we were just at the counter to pay for the bottles) while she so conveniently changed her voice and face to a very nice posture saying 'hi, how are you doing today?' to the customer behind us. She didn't even say hi to us. It was a very unpleasant and uncomfortable experience to our couple, and I am disappointed at LCBO that they can't filter racists for the position which requires to communicate with many races. Hope this could be improved.

It's a small store and their stocking is very inconsistent, like thier social distancing policies. It's now down to 8 people in-store but clearly staff and security are scared to enforce it at times, and people are suffering quarantine fatigue. I've seen some people practically bullied while others walk in maskless, grab a bottle, and walk out without paying. There is one staff who insists you remove your mask at checkout, which partially defeats the purpose of wearing one. This is clearly not policy as none of the others ask. There is another staff member who does his best to enforce the patron limit, and he's actually more effective than security. Social distancing is impossible as there always seems to be a staff stocking the fridge at the bottleneck of the last aisle wherever the line-up to checkout begins. On the plus side, if you hit this place off peak hours you can get in and out fast. Also, they still do gift wrapping.

Always seems to be out of one genre of spirit that I need when I go in, but employees are always nice and it's an easy layout of products to folind what you need. Limited selection in general because it's small but it does the job!

This is a smaller store so there are a few I would usually purchase that aren't carried here but I still found 2 cheap & cheerful that will be fine until I need to buy again when I'll likely go to another outlet where I know I can get labels I usually purchase. What makes this outlet so handy is that it's right beside a Loblaws so you can pop in after grocery shopping & there's lots of parking.

Small location, not alot of selection. Good place if you are looking for mainline beers and wines. Location in Leaside village about a 10 min walk has better selection and some harder to find items

Place is just ok. Really small store, cramped with quite limited selection. Most of employees are moody and couldn't careless less about making connections. It's convenient due to its location (next to subway and Loblaws) but that's about it.

Convenient location if you are grocery shopping. However there is not much selection besides wine and beer. I consistently end up walking out without anything and going to another LCBO.

I had a very upsetting experience with one cashier at this location.I was purchasing a cooler sometime between 5pm-6pm on October 24. I did not get the guy’s name but he was an older guy with grey hair. I presented my cooler and my ONTARIO’s drivers license on the counter. He takes a look at in then says to me, “You look like you’re 13”.I wasn’t sure what to even say to this. It feels insulting, no young adult wants to be told they look like they should be in middle school.I told him I wasn’t 13 and he told me my ID looked fake. I then told him I have my Ontario health card in my car because I left my wallet there and only need my phone to pay. I offered to go get it but he looked very annoyed, rolling his eyes, and didn’t give me a clear answer on what I should do. He then told me he just needs to see another photo so I gave him my university student ID which i had on my keys. After looking at both IDs he says, “I don’t believe you but whatever, here you go”.This was the worst service I have ever gotten at the LCBO before.

Limited selection (though a good variety for the size), long line ups on evenings and weekends. Staff are friendly but not always helpful. Was trying to order in a gluten free beer for months at one point, staff said they would but never did get it in :(Conveniently located in the same building as Loblaws and just above the st Clair west subway station though
