I ordered a few items for curbside. The communication from Corey was phenomenal. He called me before the store was even open when he got the order to let me know one part of the order was not in but expected to be in the next day. He also made sure to call me again to let me know the next morning that it had arrived and I could pick it up at any time. He was helpful, answered all my questions, and was very professional. I had to comment because I don’t see customer service like this very often anymore. Thank you!The table/chairs we bought did have a few issues with it but that I expect we will have to take up with the manufacturer.

I bought an expensive wardrobe and it has been nothing but a pain. Drawers would not go in. Doors are not straight. Door rubs on drawers. Used a lever so don't know what else to do. Not happy. Will never buy a put together item again. For a bit more I could have just bought a piece of furniture already made.

We never had an issue with JYSK until last year. It could be because we never had to question warranties as products are usually good quality. Last year we bought two memory foam mattresses and within 8 months my kids started complaining back pain. I tested matress the result was same. I called and discussed warranties and there was no way of convincing them that the matress is not good quality. They said it's normal that memory foam is deformed within 8 months. Anyways the point is when you buy expensive items from JYSK ask all the questions about warranties, probably get it in writing. JYSK support called me and resolved my issue of exchange. I am really thankful for for their help and support.

you can find anything affordable from home essentials to furniture here. For a city like Windsor that doesn't have IKEA stores, this could be a substitute. I like to walk around the store and find new things to re-decor my house spots. But be careful sometimes products doesn't have expected quality!

After being told one thing by customer service, the store didn't agree. Calling back customer service I was told the original person I talked to in customer service was wrong. Will definitely take large bulk purchases elsewhere.

Unbelievably horrible customer care. The items I purchased were defective and retuning them was a complete joke. The cashier was as rude as could be and could not care any less that I was not impressed. I told her that I will never be back to shop in this store again and all she said was okay. JYSK should be named JUNK. That is what you sell and your client services are atrocious.

My husband and I had a very enjoyable experience with JYSk. Zahra the sale associate, was most knowledgeable, tactful, and helpful. When we made changes to our order in the middle of the transaction. she was very patient and professional , she made sure it would go smoothly and seamlessly. She also, have a good idea for home decor, she helped us to pickup the right painting for our home. Thank you for wonderful customers service.

Lots of home decor stuff that's priced less than online. Not all super durable/long lasting products over all but the prices are low so it's understandable. I always find a few things to buy any time I go in.
