Sheena was a great Dental assistant! She has a pleasant demeanour, attentive, caring. She was very helpful and explained in detail the worked performed, and future dental treatment to expect. She was engaging and personable. Will definitely highly recommend all the staff at House Dental, they make you feel like family!

I have been going to this clinic ever since I was little and have had a great and caring experiences from the team. The clinic is welcoming, clean and phenomenal. Always such great service whenever I come to this clinic! I look forward to the 6 months I come back to catch up with the staff.

I hadn't been to a dentist for a couple of years, and decided to try House Dental. Well, I made a wise decision! Dr. Handy addressed my needs, and the dental office was very accommodating on me making my appointments according to my finances. I have now found my new dentist, and am very happy!!Coming up -- cleaning!!! But I know it will be good!! :)

I have been going to this dental clinic since it opened and absolutely love it. The staff are amazing and so welcoming and offered me complimentary coffee/tea/water while I was was waiting for my appointment. I get very nervous at the dentist and Dr. Chao is always so kind and patient with me and takes the time to answer all my questions and concerns. I will continue to go to this dental clinic and highly recommend other people go here as well!

My dentist retired and I was not given any notice. He was my dentist for many years and I feel this would be common courtesy to let his patients know. When I went in for my cleaning I was informed that my hygienist has also moved on!? I do not recognize any of the front desk staff anymore and I have been a patient here for over 25 years. Very odd that all of the staff has changed.

The lovely group at house dental takes excellent care of you when you need it most. Whether you're just coming in for that cleaning you've been putting off, or if you're rushing in to deal with a suddenly abscess tooth, they are there to give you the help you need.It's easy to make appointments, and they actively work to remind you by text or phone if you prefer so you never have to miss those appointments again. The friendly staff is a pleasure to be around and makes an uncomfortable situation that much better. I'm very happy with the service I've had at House Dental and I look forward to continuing to use their services into the future.

From the moment I stepped into the practice, I felt compassion and kindness from the staff. The waiting area was very clean and inviting. The treatment I received from Dr. Chao was painless and gentle. My insurance information and payment details was handled efficiently by the front end staff. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a place where they feel valued and cared for as patients.
