They employ the shadiest, most dishonest CPA in Toronto....LARRY RICH. STAY AWAY!!!He was highly dishonest with his dealings with me and ended up charging me over $10,000 for what I later found out was a simple tax filing--and should have cost me $3,000 tops. Total cash grab. My wife and I are filling out the CPA Form 7-1A as we speak to the CPA Association of Ontario to lodge a formal complaint.

The service is very very poor. They are lazy and don’t want to serve the customer. No smiles not friendly. The people working their seem very unhappy and not motivated. Manager/Owner please make a change

The absolute worse experience I have ever had dealing with someone regarding customer service hands down. Cary Heller is a very fake individual. Acts very nice when he thinks things are going his way, but immediately switches into a very rude and condescending person once you start giving him push back and making his job a little harder than he is use to. I like to ask questions to make sure what I'm getting into is the right decision. This man made it very obvious that he's in it only for the money and not genuinely taking care of his clients. He should consider finding a job outside of anything to do with customer service PERIOD!
