These guys are scammers! Manager of the store(partic) he is an unprofessional guy who can just sell iphone 12 instead of 14 with the same deal.You guys need to stay away from Freedom specially this store. We are their customers last 6 years and they this that us.

10/10! When you need to upgrade your phone, it can be very confusing and there’s a lot of “deals” to choose from. Justin easily navigated us through it and spent the time to give outstanding customer service! The result..we left with 4 new iPhone 14’s and a smile on our faces. I hate malls and shopping in general. I can honestly say the service we received felt like we were back in time when great customer service actually was the norm and not the exception. Thank you Justin (and Alex) for making it easy, transparent and enjoyable. Very well done indeed!!

*ALWAYS READ/LISTEN TO FINE DETAILS/PRINT*I received my iPhone pro max today. Super happy with it - the team and staff are knowledgeable.The only issue I had is upon the initial transaction, the salesperson told me I would HAVE to upgrade my plan to buy the phone.This is seldom true and once I asked her to clarify why, she admitted she made a mistake. The muscle memory for the company is to get you out of grandfathered plans and try to pay more per month.She didn't push after I corrected her, so kudos. It could also be she didn't want me to pay the large upfront sum.

I can definetly say that this store has great and helpful employees. More importantly the store manager Patrick helped me to resolve a big problem that was my own mistake, however he still helped me out and resolved all my problems. I was having issues with bill payment’s and decided to go into this location to get some assistance. I was happily surprised by the overall good vibes in the store. I was acknowledged upon arrival and then the rep in store actually took time and showed me step by step how to go through my bill payment online. So overall I was annoyed going into this but left pleasantly surprised. Everyone was super friendly and helpful.
