What an amazing experience. I just got back and I feel amazing. First you spend 30 min in a steam room and then they scrub you all over. It is amazing, it feels great and they are just lovely people. Yes you are fully naked, but they provide you with disposable undies. It feels amazing after you take a shower. I will be back for sure. I can't even imagine how amazing this will be in the winter when your skin is dry.

Very poor customer service. I called yesterday to book two spa packages for my spouse and I and the receptionist took down my information and told me she would call back to confirm in 5-10 minutes. The receptionist never called back. I will be taking my business elsewhere and I suggest that others do the same.

Fantastic. Truly one of the most lovely and healing spa experiences I've ever had. The space itself needs some touch ups and updating, but the treatments were impeccable. The women who worked on my Mom and I made us feel so safe and comfortable during the Hammam, the massage therapist was amazing, and the facial was so beautiful. Highly recommend and especially if you can go with your Mom, sisters, or best friend.
