Extremely warm environment with efficient service. The receptionist was exceptionally friendly and the pharmacist was knowledgeable. There was barely any wait and I was let go promptly following the mandatory after-vaccine wait period. if you are going to get vaccinated, I recommend making an appointment for your vaccine at this pharmacy. It was easy and as enjoyable of an experience as getting a needle can be.

I've never used this pharmacy myself personally but had to make some arrangements on behalf of my grandfather when he was diagnosed with Covid. Todd was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond for my grandfather to ensure he got the meds he needed. Can't speak highly enough of the amazing service!

Great experience getting the first vaccine dose at this pharmacy, wonderful people that made the process stress and worry free. Everyone including the pharmacist Todd is friendly and knowledgeable. I wouldn't hesitate recommending them to anyone and look forward to round 2 in the summer!

I came here to get my second COVID-19 vaccination. The customer service here is excellent and all the staff are extremely friendly. The owner of the pharmacy Todd administered my vaccine and was extremely caring and provided lots of information so I knew what to expect following my appointment. Overall a very pleasant experience. Thank you Neighbourhood Pharmacy team.

Amazing experience! Doctor that administered our vaccine was super nice. He was able to take me and my husband in together right away. Super quick! He even let us keep the vial bottle as a souvenir. Lady at the front desk was super nice too!! She wasn't able to find the vaccine sticker or possibly run out she said. But she went an extra mile and found some for us. Overall, a very pleasant experience =)

Today I got my second COVID-19 vaccine here and it was a really pleasant experience! Booking an appointment was seamless and I didn't have to wait too long. The whole process from booking to notifications was so easy for me, which I really appreciated. Todd was very kind and explained every thing, and the same thing for the rest of the staff; they were extremely helpful and sweet! Great pharmacy!!!

My wife and I got vaccinated against COVID at this pharmacy today, and we had a great experience. First, we got contacted just four days after registering, which is sort of a feat considering how difficult it is to get the vaccine. Second, the staff was super friendly. And third, Todd, the pharmacist, was nice and knowledgeable. He walked us through everything patiently, and cleared any doubt we may have had (we went with the AZ). Kudos to Pharmasave Neighbourhood. Highly recommend!

Amazing experience! I got my first dose of vaccine here today!! The front desk nurse and the doctor was super nice:)) I felt nothing as the doctor did the shot. Very surprising. I even got the keep the vial bottle as a souvenir:)) Overall, a very pleasant experience and I love the sticker

Went here for both my vaccination shots and decided it was better than most general hospitals.Friendly and updated receptionist, answered all my questions before I had to ask them. The gentleman actually giving the shots went the extra mile by using thinner needles and has a very soft touch, so it was easier than a flu shot.Really good for prescriptions and over the counters too, never had a problem in all the years I've gone here.

My husband and I signed up for our 1st Covid vaccine online, and received options for an appointment slot within minutes. The appointment was on the Friday of that same week. Checking in was very easy, and the woman who volunteers at the pharmacy was so kind and welcoming (I'm sorry I forgot your name!). Our vaccines were administered by Todd, the lead pharmacist, and he was very patient and helped answer all of our questions. In and out in less than 30 minutes total. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience here and were happy with the friendly staff.
