No bags. I refuse to keep adding money to buy the stupid grocery bags that don't last. They've got the cheap 35 cent ones but just for online orders. I am so sick of automated self check outs.You have four people at self check out...can they not open a till.

It's Walmart, things change on a daily, but one thing is consistent. The smiles and good customer service!

Wanna just say that management no longer cares for their staff, you see it most with the cashiers. Cashiers are constantly taking on verbal and physical abuse, and there’s not a single manager in sight. When the cashier reports the incident, nothing different ever changes, customers become frustrated, staff find a different job, and you’re then left with new staff that don’t know what they’re doing. Then you have customer service staff racially favoriting and when that’s reported to a manger, again, nothing changes. Walmart here in Duncan is a free for all, staff can’t even stop shoplifters from walking out without risking being fired themselves. Walmart in Duncan is basically just a free for all that you don’t even have to pay for groceries and managers don’t act on issues that needs to be addressed

Convenient location. Good accessibility. Recent Reno’s. Fresh layout. Decent selections. Could stock more variety. Pharmacy prices are some of the lowest around in my experience. Washrooms could be cleaner. The new Mc Donald’s layout is Fresh.Some issues with the online shopping option. Still working out the kinks. Superstore still better at that.Please like my review if it was helpful.

I used to work at a Walmart and I must say things are definitely different than before wen I worked for them. My biggest problem is the pricing online does not at all match I’m store or make sense. I phoned to ask if the boxing week flyer prices will be the same I store I was told no they’re only on Boxing Day. However I read the flyer it states on line pricing December 21 2022 and in store start’s December 22 2022 for this flyer. I’ve had this type of thing happen a few times now waste my money to get there then find out what I wanted costs more. I will only be going there if I really need to I’d rather spend my money at a store such as Best Buy or London drugs or anywhere else that actually has what you want for the price it says Definitely a business that goin downhill I think.

this is my go-to walmart and i think it has a great selection. clean environment and feels safe. never have had any issues shopping here.

What is going on with Walmart , the shopping carts are a dollar to get free ...and no hand held baskets ?? ..was told it was being stolen by customers ..some how i dont thing the customers have take 200 baskets ..and shelves look bare ..going down hill , and it is not convenient for a quick stop in

Went to Walmart tonight to grab a few things before closing. Grabbed some Christmas deals to which when I went to scan and pay the items scanned in wrong. I call over an employee to price override the items to the correct amount. The employee comments “I don’t know” as I state that the clearance tag clearly states the price. Another item scanned in wrong and I asked her to correct it to the correct price of 50% off. She then take the item to another employee and comes back and say it the correct amount after scanning. I stated “no the tag clearly said this price” to which she said “well she said that’s the price” so I’m annoyed at this point and pay for my items and go to leave. As I’m grabbing my items an employee comes up to me and grabs my item and trying to scan the item in question. I say “I’ve already paid for it it’s fine” she then ignores me so I wait to grab my final item and she states that it is correct. I say well your entire shelf is incorrect of the display you have. I grab my item and she like well you can go talk to my manager which was the originally the lady I asked to help correct the item. I’m furious at this point as I was held up for no reason and catching attitude from the employees because the store has a system called “scop” (scanning code of practice) which I could have said something and fought over it but all I wanted was them to correct the items to the price labeled. The fact they were laughing about it as we left is ridiculous to begin with. Customer service at Walmart has downgraded hugely. I do most of my shopping there but the employees make me want to stop going there with their rude attitudes. Highly would NOT recommend going here. Something needs to be done about the managers and employees work. “I don’t know” isn’t really an answer I should receive from a manager when the tag clearly states the price that they put on it.

Smoking area right outside door entrance. I'm a nonsmoker this is offensive to me. I have to walk by the people smoking to get into walmart. It makes me sick to smell the smoke. Duncan BC
