Complete Home Inspections
We used Jim (Complete Home Inspections) almost 17 years ago so did you hesitate to use his professional services again when we purchased another home. Jim is very professional, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. Jim's inspection of my home was thorough, his comments comprehensive and recommendations practical. Turnaround time on the report was exceptional. My plumber was really impressed that he caught a tiny drip that most would have surely missed and which could have been a more serious problem over time. Highly recommend Jim!

Jim was referred by my realtor and I could not have been happier! Very professional and thorough. I went in knowing I'd have to do some work on the house but Jim helped me with prioritizing what needed to be done sooner than later. He was able to put my mind at rest over a few things that did concern me and was also able to provide approx costs of the work that would be required. He reviewed his report with me at the end of the inspection and was able to print it off right there. Thank you, Jim, for all your help!

We had a great experience with Jim over the weekend during our home inspection! He was thorough and offered suggestions as well as recommendations of people who were local to do some of the suggested work. His costs were very reasonable and he welcomed my partner to follow him along as he worked. The report printed on the spot was great and the colour copy emailed with pictures was even better!
