Rainbow Windows And Doors

Great company. Was super happy to find them after my horrible experience with Rona where I was waiting for my storm door almost a year!!. From the point of the first visit and quotation to a door installation there were less than 3 months !! Highly recommend it!

EDIT: Don't believe the reply I have received. We have had someone come twice to fix it, and we were home both times. We were told we either need an awning and their contract says there's no guarantee in inclement weather.If you need a screen door go with another company, you will be disappointed with Rainbow Windows and Doors. Not only does rain always drip into my house because the product is severely subpar, but snow also gets in in the winter. We've complained a few times and they've sent someone twice to fix" the issue butttt it's always raining in my home every time it's raining outside so is it really fixed? Photos attached

Just had Rainbow do every window in my home, when I had Vince come to my house to give me an estimate back in the summer, he was MORE Then helpful! explained everything in details, did his measurements and estimate all in the same visit.The day my Windows arrived it was nothing but professional service from the installers, very very courteous/polite, cleaned up everything after themselves, they were in and out in a timely manner and explained what their plan was and answered all questions I had..Thanks RAINBOW!!! I will be dealing with you again I am certain....need 2 doors now :)Rob

Vince the Rep came to our house the same day we called. He was also here when the door and window were being installed.Excellent service.I might add they seemed to be the only company willing to send someone out for a free estimate. We were often directed to websites or asked to measure the spaces and come in to a faraway showroom.Best customer service in window and doors in Hamilton.

New patio doors and a dinning room window installed. Great products, service and price was better than all other quotes. Very pleased with the job done by the installers and no mess was left behind. Will definitely use again and would not hesitate to recommend this company.

I called Rainbow Thursday morning and spoke to the Secretary, within two hours, Vince called me from a job site and arranged to come Saturday to give me an estimate, after talking to him , I decided not to get other quotes and gave him a deposit. Integrity, honesty and a good sense of capability, these are words, I would use to describe him. Looking forward to my new Windows, followed by another review.

Good quality windows and they did a nice job with the installation. Took a bit of time to receive them due to covid, and the estimated timelines on the delivery could have been communicated a bit better. But overall I am happy with the new windows.

We retained Rainbow W&D to replace the main and side door, sliding door and 5 windows. Vince was very professional, kind and honest since the first visit to provide a quote. He offered us the best for our needs and the price was very competitive.Jeff came home to do the installation and we have to say he was very professional and respectful while doing the work; Very clean and he did everything to make, not only an excellent work, but to make us happy as well.Vince then came back to do the QA/QC and sent Jeff back for minor adjustments.Thank you very much Rainbow W&D/Vince and Jeff for an exceptional work.We will for sure recommend you to our friends.Lasso Arango Family

Beautiful job done on our front doors. Vince a very kind man, gave us an excellent price, better than expected. The doors came on time after we ordered. Jeff and Pedro installed them perfectly and cleaned it all up nicely . A very professional team, we were happy to have install our new doors.
