Visique - Brossard - Dix30

I've never been to a place where all of the staff members are warm and very accommodating. From the time we walked in, we were greeted right away and helped with choosing the frames. The optometrist and assistant were very nice and warm as well, they explained very detailed with the whole appointment. I love the experience with this store and their staff members and will come back in the future for sure!

Very good customer service especially Souad was very professional and helpful in helping me find glasses. I highly recommend her.

Not considerate, no human empathy what so ever from the staff.I had an appointment at 1 pm, and left home with my 8 month baby in arms. I arrived to dix30 and turns out I don’t find the store and my data expired. Luckily for me I saved their number so I called to advice I was there but lost(at 1:02 pm). They tell me it’s ok, they give me directions - which were a bit wrong but fine - and I headed towards the shop. In the middle of rain bad weather with my baby they call me back to say their doctor left. Knowing I was THERE at the door under the rain. I almost begged not to cancel on me like that and they told me “no, next week and you must pay a $40 fee.” I’m not paying a fee for your optometrist who knew I was walking to your store and still walked out not caring at all.

Very polite, professional, nice people! They answer all your questions, they are attentive. Loved it. Dr. Julie Garneau was also really sweet. I think that Visique- Brossard will be my go to from now on. :)

Wonderful service always - from the optomistrist appointment to the purchase of glasses to the repair of glasses - they always have your best interest in mind. I recommended a couple people here and they share the same sentiment. Dr. J. Garneau was thorough and explained things clearly. Stephanie at the glasses sales desk works efficiently and ensured the best fit. Out of five cities of optometrists I've experienced, this is by far the best one.

I had a great experience in getting my eye tests done with the doctor here and getting my first pair of glasses. The whole process has been seamless from the time of the first appointment being booked, to the delivery of the glasses earlier than anticipated. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and helpful. I would défi recommend this place for any optometric needs!

Worst experience I could've imagined. I went in for my first ever pair of glasses in January 2021 due to getting blurry vision in the evenings when reading. They did the exam and I ordered my glasses. After 2-3 weeks the glasses were ready". However the lens was not flat with the frame and was sticking out. I asked them to correct it and they made me come back about a week later. I went back again and same problem. One of the workers simply took the glasses to the back of the office where I could still see her and played around with them for a minute and came back and gave them to me to check out. Same problem again. I left the glasses to be fixed again. Finally was called again to pick them up and same problem. They offered a bottle of eyeglass cleaning solution as compensation.... I cancelled everything and took my prescription elsewhere.My glasses were made elsewhere without issue. The glasses helped my vision but I still had the same problem of in the evenings having trouble to read. I figured it was just an adjustment period or something so I waited a while. After several months of the same result

Visique in the location has exceptional service!!! The staff is amazing and greets you once you come in. I've been to many glasses shop and I was never treated this kindly. They have a great selection of glasses and I am extremely happy with the pairs I got from them. They really took care of me from A to Z.They make sure your glasses are the perfect fit for your eyes and your face. I'm definitely coming back to this location when I need new glasses. 11/10!
