I just had a very weird experience. I call on Thursday noon for a very simple quote and the employee told me that they will get back to me and sounded like it will be soon. till Friday Evening I didn't hear back so I went ahead with another broker from another company. he called me on Monday and I apologized and explained that I went ahead with another broker but asked him out of curiosity how much was his offered premium (because my deal wasn't finalized yet ) . the surprise is he wouldn't tell unless I tell him the deal I got ! not very good customer service, I was not looking for bargaining with you ! I would've switched if you gave better deal !
