First time so called ahead to ask some questions. Guy on the phone made me feel like every question I had was stupid and wasting time. Next day I went, workers that day were really nice. Would give 5 stars if not for the guy on the phone. Also they didn’t bother to answer my email.

Possibly the WORST Strada location to pick up from, it's busy as are most of their locations which isn't a huge deal. What is a problem is they will load you whatever weight they want. Ask for 22MT. You will be lucky to scale at 19.5 which is just not acceptable. In an industry the relies largely on pay per tonne at the end of the day this can be bank breaking.
