After looking for the right camper in our budget for 3 years we finally made a decision and went with a fantastic deal these fellows were offering. Excellent service and would highly recommend checking out this company and what they have available if your looking for a camper.

We purchased a used trailer in January. They hadn’t gone thru it yet but we made a deal and Shane kept me informed every step of the way of what they were doing and had it completely ready for me a few weeks later.Without hesitation I have already recommended Deluxe RV to several camper friends!

I brought my trailer in for some repairs. They went above and beyond fixing my trailer. Great attention to detail. Plus, they did it on time and for less cost than I expected. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them for RV repairs. Super friendly guys.

I bought a used unit from them early this spring. They installed a new awning and fixed some other small things before I took it home. Also gave me a warranty for the summer which I had to use as the trailer leaked. They fixed the leak and another small electrical issue with no questions. I can say I appreciated how they honored their warranty and honesty in the sale and service. I mostly dealt with Shane.

Bought a used 27' trailer from Deluxe RV and am very impressed with the team. This is a quality outfit that makes commitments and keeps their word. I definitely recommend them. We bought our RV in the middle of January 2021 so we weren't able to test out everything prior to purchase due to the cold but Kurtis and team committed that everything would work. When we picked up the trailer in the spring everything indeed worked, they had not just tested everything, they had also replaced some items including the awning which had holes in it and this was done at their expense. And when we picked up the trailer in the spring Ray spent significant time going through the operation of everything. Several weeks later we discovered a problem where the wheels were significantly out of alignment, we went back to Deluxe EV and they helped us resolve the issue with an equitable solution that I was happy about. These guys are top notch!

Bought a new truck camper from these guys. Prices are a bit better than anywhere else in the area, and NO hidden fees, dealership fees, pdi.. none of it. They gave me a very fair amount for my trade, and a couple of minor issues from the factory with the new unit were addressed right away and properly. The service technicians really know what they are doing and everyone is super friendly and patient despite my many questions and messages. I was there yesterday when a customer was taking delivery of a unit that was just purchased and the team was going out of their way to get everything in place for that customer. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them or to do business there again.

Shane and the team at Deluxe RV are top notch at what they do and top quality guys in general! They went above and beyond in my dealings with them. 10 out of 10 would highly recommend them!!!

We have had service at Deluxe RV a few times over the last few years. They have always treated us well. We have have bought parts and received good advice from them. We have had services done on our trailer at a good price and completed in a timely manner. This year we had some problems with our trailer and they were able to fit us in so we could make or camping trip. All interactions have been good. If you are looking for a place to bring your RV give these guys a call they will treat your right.

Last year I was searching for an RV shop that worked on satellite dishes.Luckily I talked to Shane and Chris at Deluxe RV in Carstairs. What a breath of fresh air to deal with people that know what they are doing and at the same time care about you the customer. I just went back for some maintenance and electrical service and nothing has changed. The same great service, great attitude, knowledgeable and affordable pricing. Sorry guys but you are stuck with me, my family and friends that own RV's.
