Black Walnut Park Playground
Great little park backing on a tiny forest where you can spot a lot of birds (we saw a woodpecker and its home in one of the trees closest to the park). The slide structure is good for younger kids (2-5) and the climbing is good for older ones (6-12). Swings and teeter ride on for all ages :) good amount of grass space to run around. Finished off with a gazebo with a couple tables with a chess/checkers and a Chinese chess board.

Nice chill spot to stop and read. How ironic is it that for 30 minutes, a parks work vehicle was parked with the engine running? Environment driven work, working against the environment :/These local parks are great for times of reflection.

Good amount of space to run around for kids to play. Has a variety of swings and slides. There's also a shaded area to play chess/checkers as well.
