Just had my Grad photos taken today and it was a great experience! Sam was kind enough to let my friends who had previously taken pictures with him jump into bunch of mine and even offered them gowns! He was very friendly and funny making for a personable experience! I would highly recommend bookinh photos with him! Thanks for lunch and an awesome day!

Overpriced and less than professional staff. You pay a sitting fee of 50 dollars just to take pictures on a guided route. I asked to take a picture in front of my residence building with the response absolutely not" thinking it was a joke by the rude tone and sarcasm so I laughed and start heading there. Turns out he wasn't kidding. The photos are rushed and you feel like cattle being herded around. I decided to pay 175 dollars for a CD and 4 of my 60 pictures turned up missing... Great! I called and spoke to the women who said she would email transfer them to me. I waited around and eventually got nothing. At this point I called again and some of the pictures have gone completely missing. I haven't received an apology yet at this point for the inconvenience and when I asked for a discount I was told "Isn't that a bit ridiculous to ask for a discount over this?". Sorry but it wasn't my job to spend my time comparing proofs to the pictures I actually received and have to make calls to Anderson Coats. To any students

Probably one of the best photo sessions I have ever had. The photographer was professional and funny (which made the pictures turn out great!) and they provided some of the best customer service I have ever received. I had a small concern with something, emailed them, and they responded within the hour. They went above and beyond to help me with my concern and got it resolved for me. Great people, products, and service!

My roommates and I got our graduation photos done by Sam and we loved them! He is an incredibly nice man, and the photos turned out great, plus we got them sent to us less than a week after they were taken. Would definitely recommend :)

I could've taken more professional-looking photos with my phone camera
