Great shipping service at the DHL location

if I could give 0 star, I would . I have 4 boxes arrived in Quebec on the 23 of september, and have not received my boxes yet, 11 days later and the call that DHL Express... On my tracking number they say the attempted to deliver on Friday one of by 4 boxes, but my delivery man never should up to deliver pass. Now this morning they are still not sure when they will deliver... It used to be a very good company, but know since a few months it is the worst. Last time that I am dealing with them, it's been hell the last months always complicated..
