Incredible service provided at A&C Auto and David is very friendly and knowledgeable. I went to A&C several times when my engine light came on and when I suspected the brake had some issues. David and his staff did thorough checks on the vehicle and even explained me what caused the issue and how to maintain my car ongoing. Pricing is incredibly reasonable based on the service received. David didn't even charge me for brake check and first time engine check since the first time was due to a loose oil tank cap. Will keep coming to this shop for future issues and will definitely recommend it to others.

Although most of the times I do the oil change, they check everything of my car and if any part needs to be replaced they let me know and change it with a good quality part and a very fair price. Very honest people and never charge you for unnecessary fixes. Even once I asked about my car transmission problem which was not in their business and they referred me to a professional transmission shop to take a better look at it.Very convenient location. Better to make an appointment for a faster service.

Thanks David and team for squeezing my Jetta in today. With being from Ontario and not knowing where to take my car for an oil change and brakes. I have to say it was a great experience. Professional, showed me the parts coming off and explained what was going on my car. Highly recommended. I felt very well looked after.

So today I made a huge mistake by going this shop.I went there for provincial vehicle inspection report for my Honda Civic 2019. This car was only driven 9218KM. But guess what? They put the odometer reading 64,419KM, yupppp you read it right.Worst thing is I didn’t checked it at the time of car pickup and I drive towards autoplan broker.Now, autoplan broker resgistered my car and give me the insurance quote with new license plate. I still didn’t knew that time is there’s a blunder in inspection report.Luckily after coming home I took a peek in my copy of inspection report I found this huge blunder.Now, I called Dave “the mechanic” and then he called broker and told them it’s his mistake which was obvious.In evening I visited broker and told them to do the correction in ICBC system; C&N insurance very professionally handled the situation and called ICBC office and corrected the meter reading, and also provided me the correct insurance and registration documents.It can be a human error but Seriously there’s a lot difference in 9218 and 64,419 KM.It could’ve been an issue for me at the time of insurance renewal and when I decide to sale the car.

Definitely the best auto service shop in the area. Highly recommended and very knowledgeable in all the areas of automotive and mechanical.

I got an oil change here and when I got my car back I noticed two large holes on the back of my bumper. Clearly it was from them backing into another vehicle and poking holes into my bumper from another cars license plates bolts. Regardless I confronted them and they denied it, owner was smiling when I confronted them. I would never go back again, very untrustworthy.

A&C provides outstanding quality work and service at a very affordable price. David and his team look after their customers and only do work that is necessary to keep your vehicle running well. Highly recommended-I took my 2014 BMW to A&C to have new engine installed. They did an excellent job. I continue to have both my BMW and Volvo XC70 serviced by A&C

Best experience I've ever had getting my car serviced. They completed everything for way less than the quote from the dealer. There were no hiccups or extra items needed, and everything was completed on time even though I was late for my appointment.
