Had a great experience with Tami Weller. She was very friendly and explained everything that she was doing as she was doing it. Very effective services less than 45 mins for two of us. We already have an appointment booked for next year with her.

Christine Nickolson at Windsor, Ontario office on Ouellette Avenue was very helpful and fixed up my taxes that had been messed up from another company. H&R Block is a great price and very, very professional and kind.

Worst service I have ever had before. Sat for over an hour while people who came before me were assisted and not all of them had appointments, but they knew people there. All I needed to know was how much it cost to file tax and the receptionist could not provide me that information except I sat with someone. Wasted my time and just poor service overall.There are better places to file tax

Taxes are made simple and easy at this location, you NEED to ask for Denise McDonald, she is by far the best and quickest at filing taxes, full refund on my income tax, cheque the same day and cashed the same day with no problems, the service is super friendly and usually no wait times, they are open to answering any tax related questions as well as helping along the way with the process, beat taxing location I have EVER been with and refuse to go anywhere else, everyone referenced has shared the same experience, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND giving it consideration to come here if you file anywhere else.

Great experience having their professionals assist with a number of necessary services, great place to use if it suits your needs, great accommodating staff, yet professional enough to get things done thoroughly and efficiently.

Tami Waller is amazing and got my taxes done fast and it was a very good experience.

I filed my tax return for 2 years here & was told that the first year always have some problems , So i can buy peace of mind and if ever i got any letter from CRA these guys will reply to it . Now I m trying to contact them , and i get to know that there office is close. I called the other office and was told they cannot do anything , And i have to call CRA on my own. I paid extra money for peace of mind for wat ?? Its a scam. Beware

If I could rate 0 stars I would. Do not go to H&R block, and don't buy into the Security fee. It does nothing. They filed my taxes incorrectly in 2019 and now can't place" my file in their records to confirm it was an error on their end. I am being forced to pay $1500 for a mistake on their end

This place is very fast, easy and professional! I always receive the best service possible and leave a happy customer. I wouldn't go anywhere else! Ask for christine!
