My first Brazilian wax here was with Amber who did amazing the first time, but the couple times after I noticed there were quite a few hairs not being removed and I was coming home with bits of wax still down there. However yesterday I saw Krista for the first time and she sent me home feeling so soft and clean! She even went over spots a couple times and tweezed the hairs she couldn't get as well as pulling a few ingrowns. Everyone here has been so friendly and I can't wait for my next appointment!

So happy to have found Megan for my eyebrow waxes! I was initially hesitant about waxing, but every single wax I’ve had with Megan has been fantastic! She’s fast, efficient and pleasant to talk to. The receptionists are also very friendly and welcoming every time I come in. Very easy to book over the phone with them. Megan and front desk staff definitely deserve a 5 star review!

Eyebrows done quickly and done well.The front desk/assistant manager was so knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and kind! She talked me through the services offered and showed me the products I had questions about. She wasn't pushy or hurried. She will be my reason to return!

I had a terrible experience from the beginning. When I arrived, I was told the late policy was 8 minutes and I should have come earlier than the actual time I had the appointment for. No one informed me when I made the appointment. The minute they saw the color of my skin, they didn’t want to serve me. The front desk girl didn’t greet me and started talking about the policy. I will never go back and will be telling all my friends who are your clients to never go back again!!

Awesome staff!! Great experience, from the first phone call with Ella who set everything up for me and was very helpful, to the last goodbye when I left, my experience was very pleasant. Morgan did a great job on my wax and was very friendly and made my experience much better. Highly recommend this location because of the awesome employees.

Scheduling an appointment over the phone was very easy, The receptionist asked if I wanted to book with a specialist that I have worked with before, which was very considerate. The specialist was lovely, great conversationalist and completed the procedure very quickly with minimal pain. The room was very clean and hospitable, and the service was wonderful. Highly recommend!
