Took my e-bike here to get some trueing for the wheels as I ordered my bike online from a separate place and the shipping kind of dinged it up a bit . The process was done after drop off in only a week and a half time and didn’t cost me a fortune , the employees were nice and honest. On the way out I left my wallet and I don’t live in town so when I got home I called and they set it aside for me to come pick it back up , I had many valuables in this wallet . I highly recommend this shop they are very honest , nice , fast and excellent in their line of work. Thanks again Cayuga ski and cyclery ! =)

Dropped off my bike for a tune up, turned out an new wheel was needed. Part ordered and bike returned good as new in under a week.

Great information about My (Trek Aluminum 1000) . Very knowledgeable and extraordinary spectacular customer service. Thanks Guyz .I purchased new pedals and a spoke wrench so I could straighten My rear rim .They installed the new pedals too . They even aired My tires up to factory specs . Definitely above and beyond expectation . Thanks again Guyz .

Stopped at about 9am to get my bottom bracket tightened. Was told I'd have to leave it overnight and would have been charged an hour labor. Not to mention they tried to make it sound like it's a complicated procedure that could possibly run into issues. If they could run into issues on that, I'd rather they not touch my ride.. I will never be back to this store. Idk how they've lasted so long. Gullible, unknowing college students probably.

Went here the other day because my bike brakes were broken. Got them fixed by an amazing employee by the name of Dion (I think his name was?). He was extremely helpful and resourceful about information on my bike. Will be going here again in the future

I recently got a mountain bike and I come here often now! The people that work here are extremely helpful and happy to help teach you about anything related to biking. The selection of bike equipment is pretty good, and it's nice stuff for I think a pretty decent price. It might be on the higher end, but it's worth it in my opinion.

Not too great at servicing vintage velocipedes from the bipedal era dating pre1960s. The tire replacement works well but there is no way im giving up my vintage parts for brand new mechanics all the way around! Defeats the purpose of vintage all together! Oh wait... my old tires! they were ariginal! They said they would save them for me for a sculpture! In the name of art don't throw those away! Two and a half stars for a job half done. Let's see what Ribs can do...Bicycle repair shop next to bangs needs access to a time machine. I give them another two and a half s tires!

Unfortunately, this is the only available bike store in the town already except Swan. If you ride a decent bike and you are a professional cyclist drive to the bike store in Geneva. The mechanics are not familiar with all type of bike. The owner frequently switchs the mechanics but still not good. I've been there twice but they didn't recognize the issues and finally I fixed them by myself. Also, I didn't like the owner's attitude when I was explaining the possibilities and he ignored all my thoughts. He was a little bit aggressive and not trusting me.

Great shop. By far the best in the area (including Syracuse and Binghamton). I booked a ski boot fitting and despite supply chain issues I was the singular focus for 1 hour inside of which they found me the perfect boot. I could not be happier with the “small town” service of this professional ski (and cycler) shop. They also helped me get a perfect helmet and goggles and tuned up a pair of skis.

I guess this shop doesn't want or need customers. We're visiting the area & rode over to pick up a few items. Walked into the store, 1 customer trying on shoes & 1 sales rep. We shoped around, picked out what we wanted to purchase, then I peeked over at the sales rep just to see if he was still helping the other customer. He sort of glanced at me but didn't make eye contact & didn't say anything. We waited at the counter for a few minutes, sales rep walked past us, seemed to be checking his phone, totally ignored us & walked into the service area still looking at his phone. We walked out. We travel the county all summer, are avid cyclists & really enjoy visiting the local shops where we travel. This was our worst experience ever.
