Went for passport application’s for myself and child. Very friendly, professional staff. *Helpful tips:1. Book an appointment! We had our appointment booked at 0930hrs, we arrived a bit early and were seen within 10 mins of arriving.2. They don’t take passport pictures here. You have to supply them yourself.

Just went there earlier for my passport application and the woman in the front desk is very rude and racist. Her name was “Kim”. We keep on saying that we are going to submit my passport application form and she just told us that its not there and gave us a paper to call immigration office without checking our documents. She did not even touch or go through it.Good thing the Security lady saw us and ask what happened. Told her everything the front desk said and she went back to the front desk and explain what we are trying to tell her a while ago.When we get back to her we still keep on saying what’s our agenda and she keep on denying that it wasn’t what we say…She just told us impolitely “I know what im doing” even though she completely misunderstood what we keep on telling her.That’s where our taxes goes?? Rude and not helpful at all…

Quick & easy visit, was greeted as I walked in by the gentleman at the front desk and asked what I was there for, explained what they could or could not do. I waited maybe 4 minutes before being seen by a specialist, they reviewed what I had brought and explained in detail what I needed to do for an issue that was out of their hands, but ultimately solved my issue through the advice I received. Would recommend everyone bring a piece of unexpired Government issued ID & SIN card to have your needs serviced.

went here to get my SIN. just be super early and ready yourself for a long queue outside. there’s no priority lane. even you’re pregnant, a person with disability or bringing a baby you have to line. i was pregnant and have to stand for hours outside in the cold weather. ended up going home because they can’t accommodate all of us.

Pathetic customer service. They’re just relaxing inside office without doing nothing and minting wages from government which is indirectly common man paid tax. Even though they’re not at all busy(barely 3 people they’re helping inside)they almost sent 10-15 walk-in people away claiming we need to have appointment. I know appointment is necessary, but without no one to help what they will do just relax and get paid for nothing? Security is totally a clueless & useless guy.

Very helpful staff. They are trying their best to help with whatever resources they have. When everyone is applying to get a new passport or get their passports renewed it is understandable that there is going to be wait time. Be prepared for 3 to 4 hours of wait time for the whole process.

They decided to close 17 minutes early . It’s not bad enough that every single door is always locked and that it’s as inconvenient as hell to park down there . I paid money to park , lost my big screwdriver trying to run and pay for parking anticipating that they would close early . It’s the government . Anything Trudeau has to do with is a disaster. Imagine if Costco or Loblaws decided to close that early , it would be all over the news .

It takes forever to get things done here. We went in first time and there was nobody ahead of us and still it took us half an hour. Next time I went in with my 9 month and was told we are full so you can’t come in. Asked me to come in the next morning. Not worth it. It’s better to mail in your application if you can.

I would like to thank the lady that help my mom at the door and not letting her standing for a long in the line up outside , and wish if I know her name , but she was with the security team maybe standing at the door building. The Staffs were very helpful especially this lady . Thanks again .

I went on a busy day and the wait time was about an hour in the registration line up. But once you are seated it took another 30 mins. It wasn’t that bad considering how busy it was. I was missing an important document and they allowed me to go back home for it and return that same day. So I’d say the customer service is pretty good at this location.
