Moog Audio want to improve the way supplier delays are communicated to their customers (welcomed); my item is experiencing particular acute delivery pain as it's a flagship Pioneer DJ product.Original post:My online ordering experience has been frustrating, disappointing and I echo other comments on here that service support can be lacking. Be warned!I've been waiting over 5 months for my order and have spent hours following up with Moog Audio, all correspondence initiated by me.I have to chase them for ANY updates, they are not proactive at keeping you in the loop, plus there estimate delivery date has slipped time and time (and time) again.Here's my basic experience:My order from Oct 2023 (an item of over $4K) continues to be unfulfilled as it's a 'special order' and I was given a estimate delivery end of Jan 2023. I was okay with this.The item was not dispatched and I was then given a 'definite' date of Feb 20, 2023, followed by another 'definite' date of Feb 25, 2023.On every occasion I had to chase Moog Audio for status updates, and needless to say, did not receive my item. I clearly told them that it was frustrating chasing them for updates.The next date given was Mar 20, 2023 which again, has passed and I have received no update.It's VERY frustrating not getting my item, and doubly frustrating not being kept up to speed on the situation. Add to that asking to be kept up to date and that being ignored - go figure if that's an experience you want to deal with.Who knows when I will get my item? Good luck.

I consider Moog Audio a very professional, knowledgable audio product enterprise.I was recently especially impressed with Web Sales representative Vincent, who responded very quickly to my emailed questions regarding an order. I will definitely purchase additional items to equip my home recording studio in future from Moog.

Moog Audio has a comprehensive list of products which include items from companies not normally found through casual search. Companies noted for their contribution in the professional world of sound.My initial contact and subsequent response from Moog Audio was prompt, professional and helpful.My order was processed and shipped within 24 hours.Any questions I had was handled by their support team both courteously and respectfully.Moog- the synthesizer - an iconic piece of musical history and technology.Moog Audio continues in that tradition.Find out for yourself what they can offer.

Used to be great, but since transitioning to being a mostly online operation, quality of transaction handling and service have slipped a lot. Three of my last four orders have had issues (two were delayed by months ... even when ordering an 'In Stock' item, and the third they almost fulfilled twice until I pointed out that I had already picked the order up).I love the support that Moog Audio has given to the electronic music community over the years, but as it stands, unless you're walking into the store to make your purchase, I'd give the online ordering a pass. There are other more reliable options.

I have been dealing with Moog Audio for 3 1/2 years, and they have always delivered. They are always prompt and responsive, and have kept my GAS well fed. Their staff is top notch; five star rating completely deserved.

I didn't even buy anything from them, just sent an email asking about whether it's worth it to fix my $150 microphone. Instead of turning me away, the amazing customer service person spent a few minutes answering my questions and explaining why Moog is not able to help, but referred me to a local technician that might be able to help me. It was a lot more than I expected and shows the genuine integrity of this business.

Moog Audio are great! I've been using them extensively this past year to put together my dream music studio, and they have been super easy to work with. They've been quite kind and helpful, and I love the fact that they became Moog Audio just to protect the Moog brand after Bob Moog passed away (and now consensually share the brand with the actual Moog company in NC).

Cool store, nice selection. Really not pleased with past few orders though. Had been estimated for an arrival of a month or few but keeps delaying up to 6 months more or less. I can be patient it just kinda sucks not having the foresight given that I financed them I am paying interest to receive a product before I have all the fund together. How ever the product might as well arrive and likely will arrive after I have paid several months interest. Makes no sense.

I am used to go to the Moog Audio store on St-Laurent boulevard in Montreal, it's a nice place where they have a lot of choices and the staff is always there to help you choose the best piece of audio equipment. Today, I ordered for the first time from the online Moog Audio store. I was hesitant to order because I needed a mixer delivered pretty fast for an upcoming gig. I did chat with their online support and Jesse was very helpful. He talked to the shipping guys to make sure that the order would be shipped out quickly and delivered on time. It's been a very positive experience and I would not hesitate to order from that online store again.
