I am trying to get my daughter registered to start daycare in September, 2023. I have called and left several voicemails and I have also sent numerous emails with no replies. I can already see how much they care. I will not be leaving my daughter here.

Wonderful daycare with professional early child educators. There is huge improvement on my son’s physical and language skills and I’m very impressed.

We have been a part of the Kids & Co Front St. family since our daughter was 1 (started Dec 2016) and she is currently part of the Kindergarten Program and we could not be happier! We decided to leave her at Front St. through the pandemic and she is thriving, both academically and socially. All of the teachers, some of them who were there before we started and still remain to this day, are some of the most wonderful, caring and loving people and have had such a positive impact on our daughter's development over the years.Amber, the director of the centre, is kind, approachable, available, responsive and has developed standards of care that are unparalleled to other centres.The daily updates and photos we receive through the new Kindertales app make our day! We will be so sad to leave this centre at the end of this year, but know another lucky family will take our spot.

We love Kids & Company. We wouldn’t trust anyone else to care for and teach our daughter. The best teachers, curriculum, lunch program and care. It’s must for childcare. You won’t be disappointed. Worth it.

Very good daycare. All the educators are caring, kind and professional. We came here after a bad experience at another daycare and so happy we did. My son is enjoying every day since we joined 2 months ago. The daycare itself is such a nice environment, bright, clean with plenty of toys and activities to do.

We decided to go with another day care.This Front street location is unresponsive on so many occasions; we called, dropped-in onsite for the feb4 open-house (within the time frame stipulated in their automated email). Arrived on site the representative saw my wife, acknowledged she was outside during a snow storm, and just hand signalled denying entry.Numerous Phone calls are never answered, not a single call back to follow up.The lack of communication is applauding for a child care facility, when it the utmost importance to parents.Very disappointed is an understatement.Management should consider whether or not staff takes these things seriously or are simply not following policies.

Amazing daycare, our daughter started just over a month ago and the ECE teachers are very caring and gentle with her. They appear to be patient and experienced as well.

An incredible daycare. Our daughter started going here when she was one. The infant room is so well managed. They treat the children with such kindness and care. We loved the regular updates from centre throughout the day. Our daughter loved the centre she would get upset when it's time to go home. Linda, Geraldine and Rosalind do an incredible job with the infants. Our daughter thrived in their learning environment. Thank you for all that you do Kids and Company.

Called them many time try to get inquiries no one pick up or called back, days later got one email back from them saying open house feb 4th 10-12pm, no appointment needed , $200 non refundable deposit can be made to secure the spot.Went today for open house and couldn't find the access to get in. The building is closed, I went around the building looking for a entrance to get in but everywhere is locked. I called many times, no one pick up, I was waiting outside for 30 minutes in the freezing cold, I stand by their window I see people inside but no one come out to help or pick up their call which made me think this place is have poor management. Very disappointed.I dont think this place is good because u can't reach them, they never pick up their phones, and just imagine you have an emergency and no one pick up the calls.
