The most incompetent people work here. I asked someone to call me when delivery of garbage bin was arriving as I was not on site and twice they did not and twice almost put the bin in wrong location. I was quoted 300 dollars for a bin. A 565.00 hold was placed on my card. Turns out due to their over sized trucks that they use for residential areas the initial bin size couldn't be dropped off. I initially called for a 10 yard bin and was told they did not rent those out. Upon delivery of a 20 yard bin on their paperwork it says they rent 10 yard bins. I called to get the 20 yard bin swapped for a 10 year bin and was told NOTHING about a charge or fee. Sure enough second 565.00 hold was placed on my card just for the swap out. 2 days after I returned the bin, I called to see what the final amount would be and their representative had no answers. After everything I tried to say he Rudley interrupted and said he has to wait for the paperwork" this whole time there is a 1130 .00 charge on my card. After the 3rd day I called again and was told that the paperwork just came in and that I have to wait for someone named chris to explain the charges to me. This company is completely incompetent and runned by morons. Do not give them your business. GO somewhere else!"

We were looking to get a bin and we called TomlinsonWe wanted a reliable company that can deliver and we weren’t to picky with the pricing, plus there prices weren’t that for off all the other companies.All our questions were answered over the phone by Pam and we received an email regarding our quote. She is very clear over the phone and very helpful.The bin was delivered the next day and the bin was taken the day after we called to get it removed.Highly recommend

All of the above not professional, poor quality and poor value. This company did the road work on Highway 60 from Hidden Valley Road to Highway 35 over the past two years. We have never experienced such an incompetent and disgraceful job as to what has transpired. We must have complained at least a half a dozen times regarding our business entrance. Along with many others, our driveway and business entrance look worse noe compared to before Tomlinson touch to it. The Tomlinson group made such a mess. We were guaranteed and told time and time again that we would be very happy with our new entrance. It looks absolutely horrible like a dog's breakfast. We wish they never got the contract and touched any of this job. 25 years we have owned and operated our business and our entrance looked attractive and now it looks like a bunch of incompetent people who didn't know how to pave completed the job. The inconvenience to our customers / guests was unforgiveable. Back and forth and back forth instead of working in one constant direction so that they would disturb each property owner the least possible. The noise and traffic was ludacris over and over and over. Too bad the Ministry of Transportation didn't go with the best company instead of the cheapest. Fowler's has started Paving from 35 towards the Algonquin Park and it looks heads and shoulders above anything that you're company did. What an absolute disgrace and embarrassment to say that the job was completed properly. I doubt there is a happy person along this whole corridor with their entrance and the paving out come.

I wanted to give a 5 star review for specifically Nicola Fleet of the credit and collections department. She is my go to whenever I have any issues or questions regarding invoices. She is an absolutely lovely person to deal with and her customer service skills are excellent.

This company is heavily involved in political corruption in Ottawa. It's executives have given thousands to various city councillors.

First rule of the construction club is get along with thy neighbours. 2nd rule stick to the bylaws. 3rd rule keep your site and all the space around you free of your mess. And the new rule, dont just social media your problems away, or email or call away your problems: do something.

Just to suggest some workers act more responsibly towards Ottawa citizens properties. They do not have free reign simply because they are engaged to work on adjacent streets.

The truck that drove over my lawn said Tomlinson. The driver shrugged and snorted at me when I pointed out the muddy rut with his fresh tire tracks. All in all I'm not thrilled about this company working in the neighborhood when their drivers don't know the difference between grass and pavement.

I wish I could give them less than one star. A group from Tomilnson has been working on the overpass in Lancaster for quite some time and often the workers come to the south lancaster public Wharf to take their breaks or have a smoke. This one pick up truck in particular that always parks on water Street and they always leave it running !!! They did that on Tuesday there was no excuse for whatsoever it wasn’t a particularly warm day the truck was parked in the shade but they parked next to a residence in a residential area and left it running for more than 20 minutes. Only when I went out and started filming The driver asked me if there was a problem. This company doesn’t care about the local people in the areas they operate. Often its three workers that arrive together, walk down the wharf to the floating dock and share a smoke then go back to work. - By the way the whole wharf is a no smoking zone.
