Was having issues with my Airpods Pros so I brought it into Simply Computing North Van. The team was extremely helpful and professional and knowledgeable in Apple products. They have lots of appt availabilities at the moment so there was no wait at all. Highly recommend.

I had a SIM card issue with my iPhone, and Nick was able to troubleshoot the problem in just a few minutes. Super friendly service, and I will definitely return with any computer or phone related issues!

Andrew at Simply was an absolute legend when it came to suggesting the most affordable fixes for my MacBook Air. As a small business owner I simply cannot afford to replace my entire computer and appreciated Andrew’s honest approach to repair and replacement of parts before having to fork out more cash for a new device. I rarely leave reviews but felt it was an appropriate way to put to use my newly-updated 11-year-old Macbook after picking it up today from Nick. It feels like a new machine. I'm not surprised to see many of the good reviews mention Nick's name. He listened to me, explained my options well, and did not try to up-sell me at any point. It was an overall excellent experience, with top-notch but down-to-earth service. I will definitely return for any further Apple needs.

The gentleman that helped me today was amazing. My laptop died suddenly and I brought it in for a potential battery replacement. He was able to run diagnostic tests, check my battery health etc and advise me on my best course of action. Even more amazing was the fact that because he was able to resolve my issue fairly quickly, I was not charged for the service. This doesn’t happen often, and I really appreciated that. I will definitely be taking my products in for upkeep and troubleshooting. He was welcoming and helpful in explaining things to a non-techy person like myself:)

I've been a devoted customer of Simply Computing since I arrived in the city in 2008, ten years of which have been living on the North Shore. Imagine my pleasant surprise when they moved into the neighbourhood. I'm pleased to report nothing has changed: the same great customer service, next level expertise and product line second to none. I've been through several generations of Apple swag with them and this latest visit was because of what should have been a simple OS update gone awry, which presented issues new to me and out of my troubleshooting wheelhouse. I walk into Simply slinging my grumpy desktop and no bother problem taken care of in ten minutes with a couple updates, a smile and a handshake. Computers can be a genuine pain sometimes we all know this and Simply has never made it anything but pain free. Highest endorsement to Nick and his team!

The screen of my phone didn't work the day before yesterday, I had tried everything I could found online to solve out the problems, almost trying to empty my phone through some software online, and before 1 decided to go to downtown I found this Simply Computing - Apple Specialist located at 1321Lonsdale Ave in North Vancouver just by the street!And I gave them a call asked if it's possible to save all the information in my phone, and Nick helped me with SIMPLY pushing three buttons, my phone screen is working again! ! He even didn't charge any money for that repairing! And these modesty friendly Specialists in the store, they sale Apple products, they help to repair, Apple Care works here. I would not waste time hesitating anymore if I need anything from here any help from them.

I returned to the store as a grumpy customer because of a MacBook fix that--due to a misunderstanding--had resulted in something I wasn't expecting. Within 15 minutes, Nick had cleared up the misunderstanding and expertly--before my eyes!--fixed the problem in a way that demonstrated to me his Mac tech knowledge and ability to come up with clever solutions. I left the store happy and feeling lucky that there is a Mac sales and service store within walking distance from my home!
