Even though I wasn't able to be served until about 20 minutes before close (they were busy), Kyle S stayed and set up a new phone for me without hesitation. He was informative and thorough and his customer service skills are A1. It's why I keep going back.

Hands down best service in the mall. Been with every phone company you could name, but these guys are on another level. Lots of patience and overall professionalism. When it comes to getting you the best price, they are wizards with the numbers. Props to Erin, great help. Dude saved me $200 easily, probably more. Would reccomend. Very nice group of people.
