My family and I have had a wonderful experience buying a condo with Brittany Marie! We didn’t have a realtor on the Island and had only casually entertained the idea of moving to the Island. One weekend we were visiting and walked by an open house Brittany was hosting, in order to calm our fussy baby. One thing led to another and Brittany was holding our fussy baby and talking to us about local options. I can’t imagine finding a friendlier and more helpful realtor. I believe we found a condo and were in the process of buying it within 72 hours of meeting Brittany! We’re very happy with our new home! Let me put it this way. We met Brittany on a Sunday. We closed a deal for our home EOD Monday. Brittany was with us every step of the way, answered every call (even for the dumbest questions), and even after we took possession of the house, she saved our bacon a couple of times since. You’ll be hard pressed to find a better realtor.
