Great little spot to visit with the family. One freewill donation gets you access to both museums with lots of fascinating exhibits. Lovely little giftshop as well..

Botwood Flying Boat Museum
I love boats and I love planes! I had never in all my days thought someone had actually put the two together! I was flabbergasted by what this museum had on show and I came away very pleased with the experience! A boat with wings, well I never! Whatever will they invent next?

We just stop here all the time to park and enjoy the view. Lovely spot. Hopefully this summer I will get to see the museum

Botwood Flying Boat Museum
Not a huge museum, but definitely filled with Botwood's history. Staff were super helpful with organizing an off-season tour for us! Artifacts and models were used to tell a compelling story.Must-see when in Botwood, and as a bonus, an old PBY Catalina / Canso is parked outside year-round.

Botwood Flying Boat Museum
So very interesting. Lots of things to look at. The past comes alive. Admission is just a donation to a looney / tooney can, whatever you wish to put in as you enter. I personally loved it everytime I visited.
