My wife and I envisioned a backyard waterfall and pond, with a natural stone patio, fire pit, and walkways. Sandro came out and gave us some great ideas. When Jerry and the team arrived, it was clear that they were very experienced in this type of landscaping. Manny (the owner) was on site helping with the process as needed, and helped place all of the large boulders and massive flat rocks that made up the waterfall feature. The pond that the water drains into is larger than we had first planned, and thankfully it is, because it looks unbelievable! We are so impressed and thankful for Sandro, Manny, Jerry, and the rest of the crew. Bellissimo Dream Works is a very professional company, and the staff are efficient, knowledgeable, and helpful. I have to strongly disagree with Julie D’s negative comments about Bellisimo, she is clearly misinformed.Bellisimo has been the winter maintenance contractor for this complex since I moved here 9 years ago and perhaps even longer. I have nothing but praise for Manuel and his staff, particularly his two plow operators. Yes, there have been times when they arrived on site a little later than we would like but this has only occurred during a major snow event, such as this past Thursday. And the main reason they were not able to clean the complex as required was because of some residents who moved their cars into the visitors parking lot so their assigned spot would get cleared .... this obviously backfired .... parking their cars in the visitors parking lot blocked access to the area needed by the operators to pile the snow therefore they had to leave the complex because they had no place to put the snow.As a member of the condo board, I spent hours checking the lot, trying to determine who owned the cars and do the best I could to block any remaining spots thereby giving the operators room to work....this is volunteer work and I am exhausted. Until that lot was empty, there was no place for the snow and the operators had no choice but to leave and move on to their next job. It took until late evening Thursday for the lot to be cleared and sufficiently blocked. Operators were back in shortly after 6:00 am. Friday and had the complex cleared by 9:30 a.m. They did a great job! As there is more snow expected this Sunday the parking lot will remain blocked as we no longer have the time or the energy to chase people and ask them to move.Everyone is starting to feel the effects of a difficult winter and are feeling tired and frustrated, I can’t imagine how Bellisimo’s staff are feeling with the long hours they are required to work.My sincere thanks to Manuel and staff … keep up the good work.

I 100% agree with Julie here. I'm not in her condo as far as I know.In the last week we've been advised twice that Bellisimo would be on site and never showed up. We had tons of snow in our lot for 48 hours and it was a mess.My condo board hired Bellisimo this year and we have not been impressed.On numerous occasions the snow plow drivers that come have blasted their horns for 10+ seconds at a time, multiple times. I work from home during the day and this can and has been very disruptive to my calls.I would not recommend this company for snow removal services.

Sandro and team recently landscaped my backyard with new patio interlock and steps to the house. The entire time Sandro and site foreman Jerry were very communicative, polite and professional. The job site was always clean and they completed the job very quickly. I highly recommend Bellissimo Dreamworks for your next project.Cam

Definitely don’t hire them for snow removal. My condo association hired this company this year and they never ever show up. We are buried under snow and can’t get to and from our homes. The company just blames the residents saying we haven’t moved our cars, yet I have pictures of no cars in the lot for days.... horrible company for snow removal.

Takes my breath away! From the beginning Sandro, Manny and the work crew were friendly, couteous, respectful and professional.The work surpassed all our expectations and we are extremely satisfied with the service, workmanship and the end result.

WOW sooo much snow this year! I've been impressed with Bellissimo's overall work especially considering the horrible design of our condo parking lot and the insane amount of snow we get each storm. Having lived there since 2019 this is by far the BEST snow removal we have had. Now it is by no means perfect having a small parking lot with lots of cars and no where to actually put the all the snow, makes it a very difficult and frustrating situation for everyone involved. When we've had issues the owner made every effort to resolve the issue.

To address Julie D's review below, saying they never ever" show up is ridiculous and untrue because they do clean up mainly in the early mornings if the heavy snowfall has stopped. I appreciate Bellissimo's efforts in snow removal. It's not like they only have 1 condo area they are contracted for... we are 1 of many and it's not easy work! If you really need to shovel your own driveway or steps like the rest of us

Bellissimo Dreamworks did an amazing job re-landscaping our backyard. They installed interlock, garden beds, and new grass (sod). They were the most reasonably priced company amongst the many quotes we received, and they were amazing to work with.The management, Sandro and Manny, were always available to answer questions and dropped-in often during the project to make sure all was going well. The crew, led by Jerrry, was incredibly competent, fast working, and extremely polite and patient with a hovering homeowner.The finished product was stunning, and the entire experience from the first pre-sales visit to final cleanup was spectacular.I would highly recommend this professional, competent and efficient landscaping company to anyone who is in need of landscaping services.
