I am always so impressed by this pharmaprix! My French is truly terrible, but I have never had trouble at the post office, pharmacy, or checkout when asking to switch to English. They are very friendly, and have been super well organized in how they maintain proper social distancing.Worth noting that this is a small pharmaprix with a post office, pharmacy, and basic items, not one of the larger well-stocked ones.

Friendly staff and very convenient in location. Staff was very helpful with medicine recommendation for my daughter who had a cold (which medicine to use during the day; which one to use for night). Merci!

Unlike almost all Pharmaprix I've been to... it's only a pharmacy (as it should be) but I went there expecting more of a convenient store a didn't find what I was looking for. I guess the other big branches spoiled me lol

I came down with an illness while traveling from the US to Canada and required a prescription. Went to the emergency room only to be told it would be $1055 CAD. Was referred to to an urgent care clinic by the ER where, after waiting on hold for 20 minutes, was told by one I could be seen in 3 days and another said to show up at 630am the next day to wait in line to see if I could get an appointment. What?? My hubby went to Pharmaprix on St. Jean to see if we could get something OTC to help. The pharmacist said I really needed antibiotics and that I should go to Maple.com to consult with a doctor online. 15 minutes and $49 CAD later, I had a prescription phoned in to Pharmaprix!! Were it not for the caring concern of the pharmacist, I would still be in discomfort, worried that I may not be able to get the care I need and probably feeling a lot worse due to lack of treatment. I cannot say enough about the advice I received from her. She went above and beyond. Highly recommend.

I forgot my prescription medicine at home in the United States. I was told that the United States doctor could not call in a script to Canada, it was illegal to mail it overnight across country lines, the ER wouldn’t see me and urgent care facilities refused to see me because I did not have a Canadian doctor. I went into this pharmacy basically in tears thinking I was going to have to fly home the next day and the pharmacist was able to reach a doctor and fill my prescription for the five days I had left on vacation. I truly appreciate that they could do what no one else was able or willing to do. Doctor call was &80 and he was even willing to come to my hotel if needed. Maple virtual doctor was unwilling to fill my RX.

I came to pick up a covid test for my partner. I called in advance to make sure I brought everything that was necessary in order to receive the package and they told me his carte d’assurance maladie would be enough. When I came to pick up the package they refused to give it to me until I proved that I was a resident in Québec (Is this customs at the airport or what?). I showed a receipt with my address, my ID and they still refused. After 10 minutes of searching a valid proof they accepted an official letter from college. Why is it so complicated to pick up a covid test and why weren’t they clear from the beginning? The treatment towards foreigners is utterly disappointing. Never coming back here and wouldn’t recommend it to tourists or foreigners.
