I called Robinsons regarding a Citroen Dispatch I saw online. FromThe moment I made my first call I felt very comfortable with the service provided. I first spoke to Dan who was very polite, he subsequently passed me to Pete who deals with the commercial side. Pete was very polite, professional and friendly, this was probably the best experience I’ve had purchasing a vehicle and I’ve purchased a few in the past. Right through to handover of the vehicle the experience was smooth and Pete explained everything to me without cutting any corners and with such patience…It’s a great modern showroom and their coffee served by Dan is well worth a visit… I will certainly look to contact these guys again in the future if I decide to change my vehicle. Keep up the good work and thank you once again!

Big thanks to manager Adam the the gentleman (John?) who kindly arranged a lift from the train station on the day I collected my new Citroén electric van. Van was fully charged which enabled me to make a hassle free journey home.

Visited for a test drive helpful staff. But felt rushed on test drive told 20 mins. When making a big purchase decision I feel you need longer.

£205 for a minor service or what I call a very very minor service. Oil and oil filter, topped up the washer liquid and 75p for a DRN PLUG GAS? Car was cleaned which was nice and delivers an additional star. I was booked in for 10am for a while u wait service and that service was finished by half twelve (oil must drain super slow).

Well managed place I visited the parts department who were helpful and knowledgeable only complaint they only take cards which I think is unacceptable, it's another expense to the public,and more money for the bank's
