Very happy with the service, communications, price and quality (and they were very tidy). We had the windows in our house replaced, as well as a new exterior French door installed. I'd certainly use them again.

I had a great experience choosing this company for my window job! I needed some metal windows replaced with new vinyl windows in my 100+ year old home. Justin was lovely and responsive, installers were friendly, clean, fast and professional. Will absolutely be replacing all of the windows in my home with this company! Thank you!

Enerheat Windows Doors and Renovations
We had new windows and doors installed with Enerheat for our little rancher in fernwood. Install was quick and the product is good quality. Also had them do our kitchen and bathroom renovation. Overall am pretty happy about it but the project fell short in a few ways. No one quality checked the end product and we had a lot of small loose ends which I have had to address myself. I think this was impacted too because of COVID... trades have been very overwhelmed and we definitely felt the impact of this.

I love, love, love my new windows from Enerheat. They use thermo proofwindows which are manufactured right here on Vancouver Island inChemainus . Justin (owner of Enerheat) was a pleasure to deal with,prompt in giving give me a quote and very helpful with all my questions andconcerns. The installer (Nic) was amazing. He had 4 windows and apatio door installed in one day, including all the window and door casingson both the interior and exterior. He even installed a bulls eye" detail tomatch the existing windows in the house.In short

Justin was very informative and encouraged us to go to their showroom which was pivotal in our final decisions. The excellent quality triple pane windows have improved our room temperature and humidity since the last month, keeping the rooms cool by reducing solar gain. The cost was reasonable too.

Couldn’t be happier. Locally made windows which are highly rated, considerably less expensive than other estimates (30 % less!), installer is very experienced, hardworking, tidy, and minimized extra costs not usually covered. The owner then came, inspected and arranged for minor tweaking to ensure the window performs as desired. Why go anywhere else.

They provided a timely quote, followed up immediately on all enquiries, quoted the lowest price of three good firms to replace all windows and a sliding glass door on our house, and employed a friendly, competent crew.
